As i was hunting with kratos and he told me he was going to go collect more hacksilver and i told him i would go back to the hut. (GIMMIE DA HACKEY iykyk)
Halfway to the hut, I heard a loud.
"SLKKDKJ" i heard something come from the snow-covered bushes nearby "hello?" I call out earning no response until a few seconds later when i was tackled by something.
While i had been trying to fend the large animal off of me it fell limp on top of me but it was tossed of of me and thrown to the side of me like roadkill "you looked like you needed some help there sweetheart" a tall man said as he held his hand out to help me up.
Briskly taking his hand in mine i rise to my feel with ease. He was an incredibly tall man and was extremely muscular with icy blue eyes and blond hair. His body had been covered in scars.
"Like what you see little one" He says smirking slyly "maybe" I say as I tilt my head but quickly regaining posture when I realize what he said.
"I am not little"
I harshly comment as he chuckles "I'm 6'6 sweetheart and by the looks of it your a mere 5'1" he says making my cheeks flush with crimson at the nickname.
Looking at him more I noticed his hair. His hair was tied into three separate braids, and his beard was tied into two smaller braids. That on anyone else's face might have been ugly but they fit his face.
Before we could chat anymore I heard a loud "MAGNI" I soon realize it's kratos kratos was fitted with red blood. "Why are you with him y/n" kratos announced.
Quickly pulling me behind him while taking his axe out of the large sheath (idk what it's called) pointing it towards magni. "You're with him?!" I heard magni shout at me.
"What's the problem with that?" I question "this fucker killed my brother (let's pretend he died after his brother 💀) I look towards Kratos in disbelief "he would never he saved me you asshole," i say angrily that my newfound 'friend' was accusing my other friend of murder what a sicko! "Leave us. Leave Midgard" kratos warns him pushing his hand back firmly on my chest.
"FIne but i will be back to kill you kratos!" Magni yells as he flys off with his lighting hammer.
"kratos what did he mean wh-" i ask but was quickly cut off by kratos giving a agitated grunt.I decided to leave it alone for now.
3 months later cuz why not lmao
Turns out magni wasn't lying kratos was a cold hearted killer and i couldn't believe i had sat in his home with his child! Thats not important to me anyways i had apologized to magni and he had forgave me. He had explained to me all of the stress he feels from the pressure his father has put on him. And we bonded over fathers being dicks.
Present day
"kick!" i kicked just as he told me with the force i inflicted upon the test dummy its head flew off hitting the wall creating a crack before lying still on the floor beside me and magnis shared bed "good job sweetheart your getting better!" he smilies down at me before picking me up which lifted my feet of the ground at least two feet twirling me around i had never seen him so excited.
"So are you going to join the asgrdians in war my love?" he asks as he tenderly sets me down on our large bed "magni you know i cant" i say looking in his eyes. "Who cares about kratos! he tried to kill you" magni replies here comes another argument. "I don't care about kratos but I do about atreus I will NOT hurt that boy he has done nothing wrong!" I yell at him in raged at the idea of hurting the innocent.
Being the woman of the most popular asgardians son was all I could wish for I had respect from the people I feared most as a child and I had a husband who I knew truly loved me but a downside to that was well I refuse to hurt people that don't deserve it and magni thinks I should be heartless but I can just kill random people that have had it hard for all their life.
Magni sighs "your right I'm sorry" he says as he takes my hand in his larger ones "I do not wish for you to be angry at me my queen please forgive me" he says with sympathy kissing my hands.
"I will fight but only for the right reasons" I try to reason with him "of course c-can I hug you" he stutters out in embarrassment "I don't know can you" I say quoting my mother he just chuckles and hugs me tight whispering quiet 'I love you's' and 'I'm sorry's'.
"Yah! Yah!" I yell out kicking my opponent with aggression "Lord magni!" I hear a man whisper in shock making me turn with a small smile on my face "sweetheart" he calls out looking towards me.
Running over towards him I hug him softly before letting go instead of frowning from my lack of touch as he always does his smile grows wider.
"You called?" I say my grin not leaving my face no responding he lowers himself to one knee "are you tying my shoes?" I say confused but then realized I don't have laces.
He just chuckles as he pulls out a diamond (or whatever the equivalent of the rarest material of asgard is but I'll just go with this) ring. I harshly slap my hand over my mouth my eyes going wide was this actually happening.
"Y/n you make me feel stronger.You make me feel powerful. You make me feel whole I would not be here if it weren't for your constant reassurance and love and patience. You make me happy when no other could I don't care if you don't want to fight with the Asgard Ian's as long as you fight with me so please..make me the happiest man in the world and answer this question." With a short pause he continues with a huge smile "will you marry me y/n m/n l/n" he asks.
Nodding me head vigorously he takes my ring finger and slides the ring along my finger it's like it was made for me.
By now I was in tears and people were clapping some were happy some were because they were being ordered to my Thor himself.
I would finally get my happy ending.
AFTER WEDDING AND HONEYMOON
"Do you have to go we just got married 2 days ago!" I ask trying to persuade him "it's war my love I'm a fighter I promise I will be back" he says kissing my cheek "I love you too and magni" I say making him look back at me "kick some ass" I finish he just smiles and nods.
I knew he wouldn't make it but what I didn't know was that the man himself killed my husband the man I once trusted with my life.
