"Freya just kill hi-" i was cut of by the feeling of odins rough hands around my neck.
Suddenly he begins to lift me up to the point where my feet were off the ground.
As his grip on my neck tightens. I was gasping for the air i desperately needed. Attempting to hurt him but to no avail.
"Put her down this is between me and you!" i hear atreus yell his voice breaking a bit.
When of in heard atreus he gripped my neck tighter.
"Your pathetic! " this caused odin to scoff as he threw me aside as if i was garbage on the side of the road.
Before arming himself with with a bifrost coated sword.
Forcing his hand towards my face I felt cold chains wrap tightly around my uncovered arms.
"Let me go!" I shout as I try to free myself from the chains that were getting tighter around my wrists.
"Oh shut up" odin yells as he runs toward me with his sword high above his head.
Before I could muster the courage to move I felt a sharp pain in my abdomen.
Looking down I see his bifrost blade imbedded in my stomach there was blood.
Everywhere
"See you aren't as strong as you think you are huh valen?" He chuckles as he starts to monologue.
"You think your strong enough to beat m-" but he was cut of by a box being struck into his back.
His breath hitches as he feels where the arrow hit as he falls to his knees.
Gasping for air as his old hand reaches for atreus.
As a plea for help atreus quickly walked toward the old man as he violently stated to bash his head into the ground.
His yelling was almost muted by his loud sobs and curse words he muttered as he continued to decapitate the man.
"Boy she has passed on" his father speaks up as he and Freya finish off the last of Odin's dead soldiers.
Freya wipes the blood that stained he face with a exhausted sigh.
"Valen no-" atreus quickly walks over to me and bending down to tend to my wound.
"Trey.." I cough out making him turn his attention to me. "Yes" he asks pausing his actions.
"I love you okay" I smile as I hold my hand to his tear stained cheeks.
"no..you can't die valen we promised we'd get married"
He was Interrupted by his sobs. "A-and have kids" he sobs out holding onto the my hand that was on his face.
I could feel myself slipping in and out of consciousness.
"Shit Freya do something!" I heard atreus yell as my breaths got progressively slower.
Until I took my last breath
Atreus pov
"This is how it has to happen it's in the prophecy" Freya says tilting her head sadly.
"I don't care about prophecy Freya I care about my girlfriend now bring her back" I yell as more tears stream down my face.
I look over to valen she's gone "val.." I mumble under my breath.
"Atreus we have to go before as hard collapses" Freya yells "if I must die to be by her side so be it!" I shout.
"Atreus we are going home." My father says sternly "you can't control me anymore!" I yell facing them.
They fell back into the ground before quickly getting back up.
"Take her with you if you must let's go!" Freya yells as the ground starts to shake. Ragnarok.. I pick up valens pale body.
Freya opens a portal with her vanir magic father runs in along with Freya and finally I run into the portal.
______________________ At whatever place they were after Atreus went in the portal idk
"Ugh what happened" I groan out rubbing my temples before remembering the event that went down. "Valen?! Where is she" I say frantically "she is lying in the prophecy temple. " on of the Valkyries speak up.
"Okay" I say before sprinting of to the temple with my hand resting lightly on my stomach.
There she was
Walking into the inclosed temple I walk over to the table they set her on "I'm sorry I couldn't save you my love.." I say as I grab her hand in mine.
One last kiss.
I lean into her in hopes of something happening anything at all a grab the sides of her face as I connect my lips to hers.
Pulling away I look into her eyes as I felt a soft squeeze on my left hand.
Looking down i could see her veins come alive again. "V-val" I question I could see her eyes slowly open.
Her vibrant sapphire eyes looking at me as her lips form into a smile "hey Trey" she says.
As she sits up her ink black wings spread out to there full length.
And the horns in her head grew to there larger size.
"Hey val"
