Allure was all smiles at her ultrasound appointment, today they were getting the 3D ultrasound and would be able to see exactly what baby Chunk looked like. Allure was exactly 7 months today, and oddly her tastebuds were different these days. Instead of chocolate milk with her donut holes from the shop next door, she wanted cranberry juice. Any kind of milk was disgusting to her.

The middle of July meant it was hot as hell, Allure hated any kind of pants or jeans on. Normally she'd throw on a skims dress but decided on a skims shorts set since it was more appropriate for an appointment. "I hope she got these." Kyren announced as he brushed his thumb over the cluster of freckles on the right side of Allure's face.

"We probably won't see em for a while, I don't remember seeing them on me till I was like in 6th grade." Allure explained, to her it felt like one day she woke up and started having freckles. Allure noticed Kyren was using his hand to gently dust off fallen donut sugar off her face

"You always cleaning me off." Allure chuckled as she went behind his help and used the napkin to wipe her face down, Kyren chuckled as well. "Cause you my lil baby too." He spoke, playfully pinching her cheek.

Once they called Allure back everything happened pretty quickly, the nurse took her vitals before the actual ultrasound took place. Allure couldn't help but to smile at the sight of Avi's chubby cheeks.

"I knew she was gonna look like you." Kyren announced, Allure looked up to see her husband holding a smile on his bronze face. From the look of the ultrasound—Avi definitely looked like Allure, they even shared the same slanted eyes. "She got your lips though." Allure announced, continuing to look at the screen. Avi's plump lips made the cutest little pouty face, 7 months in and she still couldn't believe she was having a baby, it was crazy but she was ready. It proved to her that everything definitely happens in due time.

"She do—I'm still gone call her my twin even though she got your whole face." Kyren spoke, Allure chuckled as the tech wiped the gel off of her stomach. She gave them each photos to keep before leaving. Once they hopped in the car, Kyren stopped for a few seconds so he could snap a few photos of the ultrasound picture. He typed for a bit before placing the phone in the cup holder.

"I see your forehead." Allure voiced, still eyeing the picture. She didn't even notice Kyren had pulled off, she sat the ultrasound on her lap and fastened her seatbelt.

"My shit big or something?" Kyren furrowed his eyebrows together, causing Allure to laugh. "No nigga—y'all foreheads just she same shape." She explained.

"Can you look on my phone and see what my mama said?" Kyren questioned, Allure used her free hand to grab the phone and input the 6 digit password he had, which was their wedding date. She clicked the message from his mother which took her to the whole thread. "She said she sees both of us and that means she's a love child." Allure spoke, she lightly chuckled at how cute the message was.

"I wanna order her some Junie B Jones books—they were my favorite growing up." Allure announced, she remembered Junie B Jones being the start of her literature obsession. She'd stay up all night rereading the series over and over.

"I remember reading that shit...that lil girl was bad, she reminded me of that nigga David." Kyren replied, causing Allure to laugh. "She wasn't bad, they just couldn't take her." She reasoned.

"All the real niggas read diary of a wimpy kid." Kyren spoke, Allure slightly twisted up her face, "I couldn't get into that nigga."

"Well I got some bad news for you then." Kyren replied, Allure laughed as she playfully hit his arm. Once they stopped at a red light, she turned her face towards her so they could share a kiss. Kyren pulled Allure in again so they could share one more.
