Chapter 16

6 months later:-

"Hey, baby, how are you feeling? Are you taking bedrest or not?"

"Don't worry Tae. I'm fine and yes I'm still in bed. And everyone including Namjoon, Jungkook, Yoongi, Hobi and Jimin are here. So you can focus on your work."

"You know how badly I wanted to stay with you at home this week. Your due date is this week. I even took the maternity leave with you but-"

"Tae, I know that. Stop stressing ok? You can't help it if there's an emergency at work. So finish it and then come home as soon as possible. Me and our baby misses you. Love you."

"Aww...I miss you too and our baby. That's why I wasn't concentrating on my work. Now that I've heard your voice, I'm feeling fine. I'll be back home soon. Love you too."

"Jin, if you're done talking to your husband then let's play a game. See we are getting bored without you. Taehyung's and your parents are still with your family doctor, discussing something." Yoongi said as he plopped down beside Jin.

"Alright guys. But, first, pls get me a glass of water-uhhh..."

"What happened hyung?! Are you having contractions?" Yoongi panicked seen Jin in such pain.

"Wait guys, my back... it's wet. I guess my water broke-ugh..it hurts."

"WHAT?!"

"Namjoon, hurry up and call an ambulance. I'm sure, Mr. And Mrs. Kim are at the hospital. I'm going downstairs and give this news to others before I call Taehyung."

Namjoon nodded and immediately called the hospital and Jungkook gave Taehyung a call but he didn't pick up. He tried calling him several times but it was in vain.

"Damnit, why isn't Taehyung picking up? He is never this careless. Is he in danger or what?!" Jungkook said.

"He's also not picking up my phone..." Yoongi sighed.

"Hold up, guys...I think.... he's in an emergency meeting. You know he's extra conscious about me. So it's ok. For now, hurry to the hospital. The pain has reduced a bit." Jin stated as he came downstairs by Namjoon's help.

"Ok ok hyung. Namjoon hyung did call the hospital and they're sending the ambulance. Pls hang in there for few mins hyung."

Taehyung finally came back to his cabin after ending the meeting. He was in a good mood as the meeting ended smoothly. Now, he can finally go home and see his Jin. But his smile immediately disappeared as he saw there were too many missed calls from Jungkook and the others. There was also a message from Jungkook.

Kook:

Tae, we are currently heading to the hospital bcz Jin's water suddenly broke. We tried calling you but you didn't pick up. Jin hyung said you might be in an emergency meeting. So if you see this message pls hurry to the hospital. Hyung needs you.

"Holy crap-Miss Yuna, I've an emergency. So, I'll be leaving." Taehyung packed up his things and left.

"Alright, careful sir."

Taehyung started the car and exceeded its speed to reach to the hospital soon as possible. Fortunately there wasn't any traffic jam. As soon he reached the hospital, he asked the receptionist about Jin's room no. and everything. He wasted no time and ran to the third floor.
