Gumball x Darwin One Shots

Please don't be mad at me..

None pov:
It was just a normal morning in casa le Gumball.

Darwin pov:
"Gumball, wake up! We are going to be late for school!" I shaked Gumball trying to wake him up.
"5 more minutes, mom.." he groaned. I slapped Gumball's face, "Ow!" He yelled, "What did you do that for?!" He finally sat up and looked mad at me. "Gumball, the bus is here, and you're not dressed! You remember what Miss Simian said, right?" I said, folding my arms. "Pfft! no..?" he looked confused at me.

"She said: 'If you 2 are late again, I have no choice but to expell you!'." I mocked her. "Oh sh*t! You are right, Darwin. Let me get dressed." Gumball said as he jumped out of his bed. He ran towards the bathroom and got dressed.

At school and in class

"I'm surprised you 2 made it.." Miss Simian said.
"We're always on time!" Gumball said, looking with confidence at our teacher. "Just sit down!" She screamed. Me and Gumball sat down, and Gumball was looking dreamily at Penny. Ugh, I hate her so much. She's stealing Gumball's heart. They had been dating for 2 months now, but I hate her so much for dating Gumball! And I'm not jealous! I just.. because Gumball is dating her, he doesn't have time for me.. That's why I hate her.

At break

"I'm sitting with Penny, Darwin. See you in class again!" Gumball said as he walked to Penny. "Yeah... See you..." I said while almost crying. I ran to the bathroom, went straight into a bathroom stall, and cried. Then I heard someone call my name "Darwin? Darwin!" I heard. "Darwin, are you okay? I saw you run away from the cafeteria.." I sobbed and opened the stall door to see Alan standing in front of me. "Here.." I sobbed, "there you are, Darwin.. are you okay?" Alan asked as he came closer to me. "No.." I said while sobbing again. "Can you tell me why? I can help you." Alan asked, "It's just a little heartbreak... It's nothing.." I said while sitting down on the floor.

"A heartbreak is not nothing, Darwin. It's a very big deal!" Alan said, concerned."Who is it?", "I- it's G- Gumball..." I said, stammering and embarrassed.
"You like Gumball?" Alan said, confused."I don't know! He's my best friend! But maybe I like him.." I responded to him with a loud voice. "Oh right.. I'm sorry." He said "It's okay." Then the bell rang, "Let's get to class, Darwin, everything'll be okay!" Alan said sweetly. "You're right, Alan. Thanks." I said, standing up, "You're very welcome, Darwin."

At home

"Hello, kids! How was school?" Mrs. mom asked us as we came into the living room. "Great.." I said, rolling my eyes and going upstairs. Anais came into my room. "Did he have lunch with Penny again?" She asked, sitting next to me, "Yeah.." I said while sobbing in Gumball's pillow, "I'm sorry, Darwin.." she stroked by back to comfort me."It's okay.. Anais, it's not your fault." I said, looking at her and trying to smile."That's true, but I feel bad..."
"You don't have to. It's between me and Gumball. It's going to be okay." Anais smiled and left the room.

I went downstairs after I stopped crying. "Hello Darwin! Welcome home, " Mr. Dad said to me. "Thank you, Mr. Dad." I said, smiling and sitting on the couch."How was school?" "G-good." "That's great!" Mr. Dad smiled. "Yeah.." I looked at the tv with a sad look on my face. "Did something happen? Was Gumball with Penny again?" Mr. Dad looked at me curiously. "Mhm.. He went to eat with Penny during lunch break.." I looked at the window.

Mr. Dad knows that I like Gumball, that I hate Penny, and that she's stealing him away from me. Only Anais and Mr. Dad knows it. I haven't told Mrs. Mom yet, "I'm sorry that happened.." Mr. Dad stood up. "I'll cheer you up! Let's get ice cream!!" "Before dinner?" I stood up aswell "yeah, no one is here, so.." Mr. Dad pulled me to the door,
"Where are you two going?" Gumball came out to the living room from the kitchen.

Gumball pov

Me and Darwin came inside. "Hello kids! how was school?" Mom asked us, "Great.." Darwin says as he went upstairs. He looks really upset. It really hurts me. "Mom..?" I called her as I walked into the kitchen. "Yes, Gumball?" She responded, turning around "Do you know why Darwin is upset?" I asked, coming closer "I'm sorry, I don't.." mom said as she walked to the door "I'm going to the store. Richard, stay here with the kids! Bye!!" She waved and closed the door, I stayed in the kitchen trying to think why Darwin was upset. I was very worried about him.. Hopefully, he is okay.

A while later I saw Dad and Darwin by the door, I walked into the living room. "Where are you two going?" I said curiously.

"We are going to get ice cream." Dad said. "May I come? I'm not in a good mood right now. That'll cheer me up." I asked, Dad looked at Darwin. "Sure, that's okay..." Darwin responded quite upset.

None pov
In the car, Gumball was staring at Darwin, while Darwin looked out the window. "Darwin.. are you okay?" The blue haired boy asked the fish. "I'm fine." Darwin said, sounding mad. "Are you sure?" Gumball asked. "Leave me alone, Gumball!!" Darwin yelled at Gumball. "You don't sound okay to me.." Gumball leaned against the car door. "Mr. Dad! Stop the car!!" The fish yelled, grabbing Richard's seat. He stopped the car immediately. Darwin opened the door and ran into the woods. "Darwin!!" Gumball yelled and ran after him. Richard was very confused and called Nicole.

After running for a few minutes, Darwin stopped to catch a breath, Gumball stopped running as well. "Darwin, please, tell me what's going on!" Gumball yelled, taking tiny steps towards him."Gumball, leave me alone!" Darwin yelled back, crying. At Gumball's last step, he was very close to Darwin. He tried hugging the orange boy, but Darwin slapped his arms away. "I swear Gumball, just forget all about me and go back to your girlfriend Penny!!" Darwin yelled, pushing Gumball away.

"My girlfriend Penny..? What are you talking about?" Gumball said, confused."Aren't you dating Penny?! You are always with her..!" The orange fish said, taking a step back "Me and Penny aren't dating.. we are just very good friends. Why?" Gumball asked, "Well.. I thought so.." Darwin responded with a soft voice. "I don't like her like that AT ALL, but.. why? Why did you say that.." Gumball cupped Darwin's cheeks. Darwin looked at Gumball flustered and dreamy, "Gumball... I want to say.. that.. I.. I.. I love you.." Darwin wishpered, "what was that?" Gumball stared deeply in Darwin's eyes.

"I love you!" Darwin yelled at him, Gumball widened his eyes."That's why I said that Penny is your girlfriend, you hang out with her a lot. I'm just very jealous.. Because I love you, Gumball...." Darwin looks at Gumball for a second and kisses him. "Dar-" Gumball was cut off by Darwin's tongue entering his mouth. Gumball stops the kiss, "I love you.. Gumball.." Darwin looked at the ground. "I love you too, Darwin." Darwin looks at Gumball, "Really?" He asked "Yes, but.. Please don't be mad at me." Gumball kissed Darwin.
