I turn onto my side and wait until my eyes decide to open. When they finally do i see a corpse laying there. One eye had fallen to the ground and the other had been rotted. The mouth then started to move. It opens and i jump back. I wait slowly backing up. Something crawls out of the mouth of the rotting body. It was like a worm but it wasn't... It wasn't a worm. It was like a mutant centipede. I crawl back faster. My hand gets stuck in something slimy. When i look back my eyes still drowsy i see that the "slime" was actually another corpse. I quickly jump up and pull my hand out of its organs. I panic and look around. I turn then run straight ahead of me. I keep running more and more rotting bodies are pinned up on the wall. Curdled blood made the white roses red. I slam my body into a corner. I curl my legs up into my chest and wrap my arms around them. I dig my face into my knees. My dress is still stained with blood and the smell of rot fills the air around me. My eyes are shut and i am hoping that this is just a dream. I hold in my tears. I try not to seem weak in case there is someone watching me from somewhere. I lift up my head and my brown hair falls into my face. I swing my arms down to the ground and push my body up. My legs shook as i walked through the maze of bodies. I carefully watch where i walk. My boots make no noise as i walk. I stop walking as soon as i notice that the hedges now mashed to the side of a hallway. I smile at the thought of me not being the only one here.
I push open the glass doors. The silver handles had nothing on them. Not even a smudge mark. The hallway was completely white. I made brown and red boot marks as i walked. Mud and blood. I dared not to take off my shoes. Just in case. I look behind me to see if someone was there. If something was there. What i saw was horrific.
