Y/N: *laughs* Did you forget who I am? I'm always safe. I think I should be more worried with you guys since you will be looking after Yang.
Yang: Hey! Ruuuuude!
Team RWBY, JNPR, and CFVY were there to see Y/N off. A couple of them were chuckling at the jab Y/N made.
Jaune: So you're going to-
Y/N: Vacuo. My old home.
Nora: What's it like in Vacuo.
Y/N: *smiles* Dry and hot. I'll be a little more vivid when I come back. It's been a while...quite a while.
Ren: Have fun.
Y/N: You guys have all the exciting people around, I'll have to be more serious and quiet myself.
Velvet: Good luck, Y/N.
Coco: Bring back something from Vacuo.
Y/N: *nods* I'll try.
Y/N starts to walk to the bullhead and stops halfway.
Y/N: Make sure to stay safe during your missions and don't do anything stupid, Yang, Ruby, Nora.
Yang + Ruby + Nora: Hey!
Y/N: *smirks* Later.
He gets onto the bullhead and it starts to fly off. Everyone kept waving goodbye until he couldn't see anyone. He sighs and gets into a seat.
Y/N: Alright then. *pulls out a laptop and boots it up* Let's check to see what I can find about this city.
Ruby's POV
Team CFVY and JNPR started to leave after the bullhead left our sight. I, on the other hand, was still looking towards where the bullhead left.
Yang: Hey, Rubes! You coming?
I snap out of it and look to see Yang, Blake, and Weiss a little ways away from where I was. I quickly caught up.
Me: Sorry, I was just-
Yang nudges my side.
Yang: Already lovesick~
Me: I guess you can call that. I'm just worried about him.
Yang: Oh, come on, Rubes, it's Y/N. What's the worst that can happen?
Me: *sighs* I guess you're right. I still feel uneasy though. It feels like something is going to happen.
Yang: Worrying won't do us much good, but being alert should be helpful.
Me: *smiles* I guess you're right. *starts walking towards dorms* I wonder who our huntsman is?
Yang: *follows me* It's a dangerous area, so a complete badass. I'm wondering more on what mission Y/N got.
Me: *shrugs* He never told me except that it's in Vacuo and that Ozpin told him it was something that didn't need to be leaked.
Yang: *whistles* Must be nice.
Third-Person Limited: Y/N's POV
A few hours later, the intercom comes on while Y/N starts to pull some things out of his bag.
Pilot: Things are going to get bumpy. Seems like we are about to get caught in a sandstorm.
Y/N leans back in his seat, grinning while clutching a made-to-order desert scarf.
