The abc diet is a diet meant to loose up to 44-50 lbs if followed right.
It is dangerous & hard so you need have a strong will-power.

I tried it again and binged after week 2, the third time I tried it, I ended up in the emergency room. I'm now 92lbs and I'm starting the ABC Diet again to reach my goal weight: 80lbs.
I don't recommend this diet, it made me very sick. I love at the end it says "slowly return to normal diet". That is so wrong because your mind will be damaged forever.
This diet is a trap.

I tried this on 2013 and I lost about 44 pounds, I also did excersise, so yeah, it's really hard to keep it up and when you're done its hard to go back to normal but I'll do it again darting tomorrow.

It has no restriction on what foods you are supposed to it. So as long as the food you eat is low on the calories. Your alright :3
