"Caviera, please report to the medical bay. Immediately." The overhead speaker announced.

Caviera groaned in annoyance while standing up. She hurried down the hallway of the medical bay, wanting to get this over with. Gustave had asked her to come down already. She knew he would just find her if she didn't go to him. Though she's sure she could easier hide from him, but only for so long.

Doc didn't expected Tiana to actually listen and come to see him, so he went to the door to find her. Right when he touched the handle, Tiana bustled into the room and pushed past him. She jumped up onto the examination table, pulling down her shirt to expose her shoulder, which held a bullet wound.

"Can we make this quick?"

Doc shut the door behind him gently as he walked over to her.

Without saying a word he just took out his equipment, and began working on her wound. Once he was finished with caring for the bullet wound to her shoulder, Doc looked up at Tiana. He caught her staring at him, making her instantly blush and turn her head.

"Tiana, mon amour, can you talk with me?"

"What's there to talk about? I screwed up the mission. I should have just waited but I rushed. And I have the injuries to show it."

"Injuries I'm glad you finally came to see me about, finalement." Doc said sarcastically with a joking eye roll and small smile.

"Only because I knew you'd come to me."

"You're the best hider I know, you could had hid and waited me out. Why didn't you?"

Cav turned away again, "Because I couldn't hide from you for long... nor would I want to."

"So can you now tell me why you didn't want to come see me?" Doc grabbed Cavieras face gently, turning her to face him.

"Because I need to keep training, and you already patched me up on the helicopter on the way back." She huffed.

"Tiana, you know that was just a temporary patch. Dis-moi ce qui ne va vraiment pas."

"I... I didn't want to see you after failing Gustave. I was so sure, and you trusted my plan..."

Doc met Cav right at eye level, holding her face between both of his hands and giving a gentle squeeze, careful of the cuts on her face. Tiana relaxed completely, leaning into his touch.

"Mon amour, I'd never be disappointed in you or upset with you. I did trust you, and I still do. It was just a small mistake, it could have happened to anyone. You were amazing out there. Tu es toujours mon petit assassin." Doc chuckled. "Let me bandage the rest of you."

He let go of Cavs face to grab cleaning solution and bandages. After cleaning each cut and letting it dry, Doc started to place the bandaids. Before putting on each one he gave a kiss to the cuts, insisting that they will help them heal faster. Cav just laughed and rolled her eyes calling him stupid. But she loved it either way.

They both look into each others eyes. So many unspoken words being communicated back and forth. They didn't need to speak the words to know what each other was saying. Out on missions, they rarely needed to. They trusted each other completely, knew one another like they knew themselves. They were a powerful duo. Powerful partners.

They both smiled, before leaning in for a kiss. They've shared so many already, but every time still feels like the first. Electric.

Once they broke away from the kiss, Doc walked over to his desk, writing down for his charts the injuries Cav had. Cav stood up, about to leave, when Doc stopped her running from behind his desk.

"Attendre, attendre! I do have a something to prescribe you with, to make you feel better after all your injuries." He quickly signs his doctors signature before handing something to Cav. "I'm prescribing you some Vitamin me at least twice daily. Comprend des câlins et des baisers sans fin, day and night." He winked.

To Cavs surprise, Doc had handed her a picture of him. Under the picture was a white space where he wrote, "Vitamin me, 2x daily. ;)" With his signature even.

"You idiot." She reached around behind his head before playfully smacking it.

Doc stood there laughing as Cav walked away shaking her head.

"I love you!" He called behind him.

"Yeah, yeah."

As she walked out of the room, she slipped Docs picture into her pocket. The pocket right above her heart.
