"We found this. It was inside a Griever." Thomas said to the others. "These are the same letters we get in our supplies. Yeah." Newt said to Gally.
"Whoever put us here obviously made the Grievers. This is the first real clue. The first anything, you've found in over 3 years. Right, Minho?" Thomas said pointing we found inside the Griever.
"Right," Minho said to Thomas. "Newt, we gotta go back out there. Who knows where this might lead us." Thomas said to Newt.
"You see what they're trying to do, right?" Gally said to Newt." first they broke our rules... and then they try to convince us to abandon them.

"No. And we can't just have non-runners running into the maze whenever they feel like it." Newt said looking in between Thomas and me.
"So let's just make this official. Starting from tomorrow you're a runner." Newt said.
"The both of you." He said to us. "Wow," Gally said before walking out. Thomas turned to face Newt,
"Thanks, Newt," Thomas said to Newt before walking away along with Minho and making me stay with Newt.
"Uh, hey Newt?" I said walking up to him. "Yeah, Bloom?" He said.
"I don't wanna be a runner." I blurted out to him.
"Why?" He asked me making me let out a huge sigh.
"It's not my thing and because I just don't feel fit to be a runner like Minho and Thomas," I said to him, and he nod.
"I understand. If you don't want to then don't." He said to me which made me smile at him.
"Thanks, Newtie," I said to him letting out a laugh which made him laugh too.
