The universe pulled his threads apart
A living torment forever
But she picked him up so gently
And stitched him back together
She held him close with kisses soft
And tied his strands in Butterfly bows
And when he stood upright again
His wounds were nearly closedThrough thick and thin
and scarlet string
They kept themselves
A lonely pair
With silken hair
And souls entwined forever
