Never Found

Chapter-2

Nancy's POV

When Will started running I quickly followed behind him everyone started calling for me but my only mindset at that moment was I needed to get to him for Jonathan I had to give him back to his mother I have to get him for my brother, Dustin, Lucas, and the rest of the party but he was to fast before I knew it I lost him and had to do the walk of shame back to the trailer empty-handed when the door opened Dustin immediately jumped up "Did you get him? Did you catch him Nancy?" he looked at me in desperation almost beginning me to tell him I caught Will but all I could give him was nothing "No I couldn't catch up to him" I gave him a comforting smile but that didn't seem to work Steve walked over to comfort him and we sat in silence for a while before steve spoke up

"We should at least tell the others," Steve said "Yeah.. yeah your right we should," I said "We can try and find him tomorrow he most likely won't come out again and it's getting dark," I said they all seemed to agree Dustin walked over to one of the walkie-talkies and told them we had news and would be coming back we all walked to the rope made of sheets Dustin went first robin went next I went after her Eddie went after me and finally, Steve fell threw last we walked out of Eddies trailer and to steves car and made our way to the Byers house where everyone was huddled up at

When we pulled onto the Byers lawn we could already see Mrs. Byers sitting on her porch smoking a cigarette and waiting for us she was never the same after Will went missing of course she found happiness she remarried and now has a stepdaughter but she still misses her son she still hasn't even cleared out his old room and Jonathan goes in there every night to play their favorite song before he walks to his room to fall asleep

We got out of the car and Dustin immediately ran up to the porch he told Mrs. Byers to go into the house because we needed everyone in the same room because the news is special she smiled at him and followed behind him on his way in when we got in everyone was already sitting on the couch and floor of the Byers house

Jane and max don't know Will but they have heard plenty of stories to know who he is Eddie, Steve, and Robin walked over to go sit with the others they didn't know Will either but they know he's special. me, and Dustin pulled up a chair as everyone stared at us dying to know what the special news was I took a deep breath and gave Dustin the signal to talk we already decided in the car he would be the one to talk and tell them I would just be there to back him up

He took a deep breath before saying "We found Will" the biggest smile grew on his face which made me smile but everyone else's faces dropped and Mike seemed.. upset about what Dustin said Mrs. Byers started to cry with the biggest smile on her face Jonathan wasn't home yet from work and max looked shocked max was trying to comfort Lucas who was on the verge of tears Hopper seemed shocked, to say the least, and Mike he was upset? For what? I didn't know until he stood up and started talking "Dustin that's not a funny joke we've been morning him since he went missing and you wanna joke about you finding him after we've started to move on with our lives!" Mike said Dustin looked honestly disgusted and betrayed that mike would think he would joke about finding his confirmed to be dead best friend "Why the hell would I lie about something like this Mike! you can ask them we all saw him we all talked to him! He even asked me how I knew his name was Will!" Dustin yelled back Mike froze finally taking a minute to think about why Dustin would lie about something like this when Will went missing it hit Dustin hard and when they confirmed he was dead it hit him even harder but when he found out he was alive and breathing from Jane he held that hope that he could be the one to find him and he did

"You.. you really," Mike said he couldn't even finish his sentence before he busted out in tears Jane went and hugged him, and Mrs. Byers came up to me and Dustin and just asked questions about Will what he looked like how tall he was we even told her how long his hair had grown and all she could do was smile we decided to wait till tomorrow to tell them he doesn't quite remember us we want them to have at least a day of happiness with the news before telling them

Through the mist of it, all Jonathan walked in from work he looked shocked to see everyone crying and his mom smiling more than she ever had since Will went missing "What the hell is going on? And why is everyone crying?" he asked almost half the room yelled the news to him when he finally got on to what they were saying he himself burst into tears and hugged his mom

After everyone settled down stories about Will were passed around about how sweet he is how he acted when he won his first campaign and just a few fun stories about him that left everyone happy Jane and Max were happy to finally get to meet him we decided that the kids would get to see him first before the adults we tried to get Jonathan and Mrs. Byers to see him first but they declined they said they wanted the kids to see him first before they did

After everyone said their goodbyes everyone huddled in Steve's car he dropped Lucas off then Dustin and lastly me and Mike him, Eddie, and robin are having a sleepover so there went to his house we said our goodbyes and made our way into the house

Haha I'm about to write the third chapter I just wrote the first and this is the second I have too much fucking energy right now and if you wanna know why El is called jane in this series it's because she asked to be called it and she still uses El or Eleven as a nickname(:
