I wake in my bed shifting in three places as I slept. Bounce. A second bounce. And another. I groaned as my three mischievous little bats tell me to wake up.
"Five more minutes, babies. Mommy is still tired." I say groggily. I'm ignored and they continue to jump. I hear my phone go off. I go to reach for it off my nightstand and it's not there.
"Ooooooo mommy set a date reminder for our new babysitter~" Bela giggled, I sprang up and grabbed my Bela up quickly to retrieve my phone. Bela tosses it to Daniela; who's on the end of the bed. "Give me my phone little one," I say sternly. Daniela looks at me and runs away. "You better wake up then momma." She yells down the hall.. my other two follow their sister giving chase. I hope out of bed, and out my door. I see Cassandra's shirt flutter around the corner.
I round the hallway and see it's empty. My neatly done eyebrows are raised in bewilderment. My children couldn't be that fast... I groan and look for them.
Cassandra's P.O.V
I'm right behind My sisters. We find a hiding spot in the closet. Bela and Daniela are looking at mother's phone. "Our plan seems to be going well. Mother has used heart emoji's around y/n's name in her contacts." She tells us, showing me and Dani the screen. "Let's text her..." Danelia says, we nod in agreement. "But what should we say?" I asked my sisters. Bela pulls up the text chat.
"Hey sexy, I'm looking forward to seeing you again," Bela says typing it in. "Bela no! That's too soon. And Mother doesn't sound like that. We gotta make sure it sounds like her." I scold her as I watch Bela hold down the backspace. "Fiiiiine." She groans. "We can't rush this. They gotta fall for each other naturally." Daniela said as I nodded in agreement.
"Y/n." I started, " I will be coming to get you right after you get off work. Please be punctual and outside in five minutes. From there we will go back to my office and discuss the care sheet of my daughters..." I say to my sister as Daniela is in awe. "Cassie, you sounded just like momma just now, that was so cool."
I smile smugly. "Mom, never caught me eavesdropping on her phone calls under her desk," I say as a bright light shines as our spot is found. " So you're the one that left those candy wrappers underneath my desk," Mom says with a displeased voice. I smile nervously up at mom as she takes the phone back.
Alcina's P.O.V
Finally, I have my phone back. I look it over and see that they've been texting y/n. I sigh and look my children over. How will I explain this to her? There's a ding from my phone. I look at it, it's from y/n. All it says is.
"Yes, Ms.Dimitrescu."
I feel the heat rise from my cheeks. The thought of hearing her say that made my heart skip a beat.
"Ah, I can't allow my children to see me. like this."
I tell my darling children to get ready for school. Of course, I hear the " I don't want to go ." And " Can we go to work with you, PLEASE." As soon as I heard that I see them pouting like 3 infant bats. ( imagine Mavis pouting in her bat form.) I sigh heavily and shoo them away. My daughters whoop and holler triumphantly as they run to their bedrooms.
"Please wear NICE clothes. One of you will be taking over the company when I'm gone!"
I listen for a minute as I hear tiny groans. I chuckle to myself. And prepare for work.
30 minutes later
I'm downstairs in the kitchen making a small lunch and a snack for them. I hear
little footsteps, Bela comes over to me in a black high-neck tee and a plaid skirt, and little black flats. Her hair was pulled up high with a large black rose clip to hold it all together. I hum in approval as she smiles and sits on the couch. Next comes Cassandra; my little rebel. She wearing black jeans and a red button-down shirt with our family's crest. It's in the shape of a diamond with four rose petal leaves a sunburst rose with two rapier swords clashing upside down.
