Turn 5: Gear Attack

Tokoha: Gear Attack...

Prof. Lily: "Gear Attack... a deadly toxic that appeared if a Gear Chronicle unit used a forbidden skill. Chronodragon Deathstage Evolution is a horrifying unit that turned Dran's metal into a toxic power to get stronger. But like I said before, the toxicity of that skill will damaged his body and he will not survive after using it. Not only that, at that point Dran and his Vanguard, has became one. So the damage he suffered, will also hit his Vanguard."

Ibuki: "So that's why back then he was also suffering from the pain during the cardfight with Itsuki. It's because the toxic power that Dran used has started to damaged his body on Cray, and that hit Chrono as well."

Prof. Lily: "Yes."

Kazuma: "But how did you know all these? I mean you haven't even been to Cray yourself and you only gained some data from Chrono and the other astronauts only."

Prof. Lily: "A year ago, Chrono gave me an ancient book from Cray. Of course he is not interested with it so he gave it to me. It took me a year to finally learned about Gear Chronicle."

Shion: "And that's when you found out about this Gear Attack?"

Prof. Lily: "They only tell us about the toxic power. It's unnamed at first but after analyzing it, I named it Gear Attack."

Ibuki: "I see... and what about the cure? Does the book explained that as well?

Prof. Lily: "Unfortunately no... and the doctor is right, currently there is no cure for this kind of disease. Since it's a disease from outside of Earth..."

Ibuki: "Then... what should we do? Let him die like that?"

Shion: "Wait, so this disease is basically from Cray right?"

Prof. Lily: "Correct."

Shion: "Then that means, the cure is from Cray as well?"

Prof. Lily: "As expected Shion Kiba... you're as smart as your look."

Tokoha: "Then, we have to go to Cray to find the cure?"

Prof. Lily: "Yes, although I don't know myself what is the cure. But I'm certain that it's in Cray."

Am: "But, how can we go there? We are not an astronaut. There's no way we can go there."

Prof. Lily: "You guys have a lot of astronauts. Why don't you send them to find that cure."

Kazuma: "They're still inexperience, they're not ready yet to go to Cray on their own without Chrono..."

Prof. Lily: (Sigh) "Well, I've done my part. Now it's up to you all, and don't forget to submit the report about the new body scan to Chris."

Mamoru: "Yes, I'll do that soon."

Prof. Lily: "Well then, I'll leave now. If you need anything else I'm always available."

Ibuki: "Thank you Professor Lily..."

Prof. Lily: "I hope you guys find the solution to this. Losing Chrono Shindou will be a big lost to both planets..."

Ibuki: "I know that..."

Chrono is still unconscious and is in the patient room with Tokoha and Mamoru accompanying him...

Mamoru: "You should go home Tokoha, let the nurse take care of him."

Tokoha: "I can't... I must stay here. I'm too scared to left him alone here..."

Mamoru: (Sigh) "We'll find a way to solve this, we always do."

Tokoha: "I know that... but how? We can't even sent those other astronauts there without him."
