I ran back home immediately and climbed through my window, wore a scarf, and went to the living room, just to be greeted by my mother, brother and Kiera.
"Where the hell have you been?! Your friend has called you 20 times and i called you as well! We were worried sick for you!!" My mom said angrily
"I was at school-" i said, before being cut off
"No you weren't. The tracker on your phone showed you at a bar." My mom responded to me
"I-I wasn't at a bar...!" I responded, desperately looking at Kiera
"... she's saying the truth- she lent one of my friends her phone and my friend forgot to give it back- I'll tell him to give her the phone back!" She said, Looking at me smiling
"Why are you wearing a scarf, sis? It's really hot in here- take it off!" Your brother looked at you confused
"Oh uh- i-i just really like wearing scarfs" i said, my voice shaking from anxiety.
"I demand you take it off." Your mother said
"F-fine..." I responded
And I slowly took it off...
