We got in a car and drove to the man's house. The man had a bad history with this bar, and he wanted to destroy it's reputation. That's all they told me.
The car suddenly stopped, and Melissa looked back at me
"There's a problem. We've been informed a party is going on at his house. You'll have to blend in, slowly go to his office and jump out the window." she explained, dialing someone
"I'll try my best, love-" i responded
I was shaking from fear... What if I got caught?
30 minutes later
"We're at the house, go inside Alyssa" Melissa said with a Serious face
I exited the car and walked to the front door, which was wide open. I entered the house and was greeted by the man himself, who looked a bit drunk. I quickly went upstairs and found the office. I started looking through the files and... there they were. These files showed that Melissa and her co workers are criminals.... I got the files and went towards the window.
As I was about to jump from it, someone shot my leg. I fell to the ground and turned my head, just to see Melissa and the man together
"You're really dumb, Alyssa. I never loved you. I just wanted to manipulate you into helping me. This man is one of my co workers. You've helped us get police files" melissa said, chuckling
What she didn't know is i was about to light everything on fire.
I used the lighter and started burning everything around me, then i grabbed Melissa's leg and pulled her down on the floor. I lit her on fire as well. I fell out the window as fast as i could. And then, i blacked out.
