Surprisingly he was still alive despite his eyes, ears, and fingers being removed as well as his tongue even though his mouth had been sewn shut and burned it seemed like. Both of his legs were broken in a way that even healing quirks wouldn't be able to heal properly.

The man's name was Nishiyama Kayo, he was a member of a terrorist group called True Children, made up of only quirkless individuals. They make nonviolent attacks on highly populated areas as a way to bring awareness to the mistreatment of quirkless people, mostly children and Omegas, in extreme ways.

Yes, they do make frightening attacks but they are never dangerous, harming ppl goes against their code of honor. Kayo was on the run from them as he had violated their rules of no violence or crime as well as violating several children in the community.

He has a lengthy history or harming and sexually assaulting Omegas, especially minors. True Children may be against violence but they show no mercy towards the people who violate their code like Kayo. They have a specific group of people who deal with those people, they never kill but they do make sure they can never harm anyone again.

A classic sign that they've punished someone is the removal of their tattoo. They usually remove it,burn it, before stuffing it in their mouths or pin it to their bodies as a warning to the other members. It seems that they finally caught up to Kayo.

Aoyama hated to admit that he felt extreme relief and gratitude that the man could never harm him or anyone else ever again. Even more so since the news of what happened calmed down his pack who had been on edge ever since it happened, they desperately wanted to find the man and hurt him.

For the first time in his life, Aoyama saw Izuku angry and he never wanted to see that again. Not because he was afraid of the male but because seeing him like that pained him. It was an accident really, the pack took turns sleeping in his dorm with him since he had trouble sleeping.

One night he had a nightmare and when he woke up Izuku was nowhere to be seen. He panicked a little since the boy wasn't even close enough to smell and jumped out of bed. He ran all over Heights Alliance searching for him and ended up in the back garden.

He could hear loud banging and immediately headed in that direction fearing the worst. What he found were several destroyed trees and a broken bench as Izuku sat on the ground. He cried as he rested his head against his knees, his fists bloody and bruised.

He was angrily mumbling to himself about how he couldn't protect Aoyama and that he couldn't make the dreams or fears go away. He could see how much Izuku truly hated himself for not being able to prevent this.

That was another thing Katsuki was responsible for, because of him Izuku always feels as though whenever something goes wrong around him he's somehow to blame. He feels as though everything is his fault and Aoyama will always hate the Alpha for embedding Izuku's head with so much self-hate.

Aoyama knew he shouldn't have gotten close, he knew he shouldn't have touched Izuku while he was in such a state. He thought that it was dangerous, he was taught that when like this Enigma's aren't thinking straight.
