I was sitting in my room wondering if my boyfriend was going to ask to prom or if he just assumes we would go together. Deep down inside I wanted him to ask me; like any girl would. When I get a text from him

H=Hayes

H-hey princes. You wanna come over and go in the pool?

Y/n-sure sounds good what time should I be there?

H- an hour?

I decide to brush my hair and put on some water proof mascara. The. I go to my dresser and pick out my favorite swim suit; a tribal print bathing suit with mint green in it- with black thick tie bottoms. Then I put my hair in a messy topknot and grab my sunglasses. Then I walk to the linen closet and grab a towel
--skip to at Hayes house--

"Hey babe" Hayes says opening the door. And giving me a hug and kissing my cheek. I walk in behind Hayes a through the kitchen to the sliding glass doors that lead to the pool. We both jump in and play Marco Polo, even tho there is only two of us. We always manage to have a good time.
--skip to nighttime--
Hayes and I made a fire and are now siting by the fire. I'm sitting on his lap with my head resting on his chest.

"Hey y/n can I ask you something?" He says

"Of course Hayes you can ask me anything." I say.

"Come with me" he says and we both stand up and he leads me to the front of the house. Then I start to see light from the grass. And Hayes brings me over to the light.

And as I look closer the are a bunch of tea light candles shaped to say
"Prom?"
I look at Hayes and say
"YES!" Excitedly jumping into his arms. I couldn't have ask for a better day.

"Can't wait baby, we r going to have a great time." He says and we both lean in and share a passionate kiss
