20% have no powers. Yamai and a young student who wants to become a hero but is going to become one?

Let's start...

It all starts when yamai was 4 years old where Alter arrived. White wings can fly without too much altitude, she has it from that mother. Her father can heal small wounds which she can do too... But at 5 years old she will learn that she can throw small luminous balls which can make tiny wounds...
