Chapter 6

"I need to talk to you" Jonas said

"Is it bad?"

He laughed

"No it isn't"

"Are you sure?"

He nodded

"Wednesday we're playing against Ajax and you will be playing"

"Really?"

"Yes you're in the starting 11, we have some injuries and we really need you. I believe in you, don't make me regret it"

"I won't"

"And don't kick the ball in your own face please"

"I won't"

"Good, I'll see you tomorrow" He said and walked away

"Is he kicking you out of the team?" Leah said

"I'm in the starting 11"

"Wednesday?"

I nodded

"That's amazing, I'm proud of you"

It's been a couple days later

"You got this babe" Leah said and placed her hand on my knee

"I hope so"

"No don't say that" Leah said

I looked at her

"Believe in yourself, you got this" She said and got up

About an hour later

"Okay girls let's do this, we got this" Leah said

I am playing next to Leah in the center

I was really nervous, I don't want to mess this up. Not again

The referee blew her whistle and the game started

Minute 26

Leah tried to tackle the striker but she missed

It was just me and the goalkeeper

I got closer to the striker and tackled her

Everyone was asking for a penalty

I got up

"Penalty ref"

"Hey, she tackled her from behind. Come one referee"

"Corner" The referee said

"I'm sorry, thanks for saving me Y/n" Leah said

The referee blew her whistle after 45 minutes

We walked inside the dressingroom

"You really saved me there Y/n" Leah laughed and sat down next to me

I gave her a small smile

"You're really lucky Y/n" Jordan said

"Because I'm in the starting 11 and you're on the bench?"

She laughed and softly pushed me

"No I'm talking about the penalty"

"Penalty?

She nodded

"It wasn't a penalty"

"You almost broke her ankles"

"That's not true"

"It wasn't a penalty, referee was right" Leah said

"I'm not sure about it" Jordan said
