"Dis stuff is shticking do mah teef" Kaminari was whining while fiddling around his teeth trying to moving candy off the roof of his mouth. I laughed, he's struggling so hard.

"Well you shouldn't have put so many in your mouth at once what did you expect" I said taking another out the bag he's holding. I glance over at him while we chewed on the gummy snacks, he was holding his stomach. I frowned, in the heat of everything I forgot about hitting him.

"Want me to walk you to recovery girl? I'm sorry I didn't realized how much I must've hurt you." I said weakly

"Oh nah it's cool Jiro and Mina have jabbed me harder than this. It's just a little sore...it'll be better tomorrow." He shrugged

I looked down at my feet as we walked. I'm actually kind of ashamed. I don't think I've ever gotten that angry before but just because I'm angry DOESN'T mean I should hurt people like that. That's what villains do. I let out an angry sigh.

"It was worth it, though." He sighed patting his stomach.

"What?"

"It was worth it because .. now your not mad at me?" He said questioningly with one eyebrow raised.

"Yeah" I smiled up at him. "I'm not mad anymore"

"Yes!" He punched the air. I giggled, I don't know what it is but I feel so comfortable with Kaminari now. I guess it's because we finally cleared the air.

"You know.. your very pretty when you smile."Kaminari said smoothly

I frowned. His eyes widened.

"Ok yep. I'm sorry I heard how that sounded."

"It's okay I think I know how you meant it." I giggled. He draped his arm around my shoulder as we walked.

"With the utmost respect. I'm honestly very jealous of you, Midoriyah"

"Why would you be jealous of this?" I said gesturing to all of me. He rolled his eyes.

"Well first of all you shouldn't talk so bad about the look, ya know your kind of a Betty~" He says oh so casually. I snorted. He rolls his eyes again but he keeps talking.
"..And secondly you, Todoroki and Bakugou are so strong plus Kirishima and the rest are catching up but sometime it feels like I'll never be as good as you guys .." Kaminari looks into the bag of gummies.

I looked up at him. He says it like he really means. I sigh and reach out, wrapping my hand around his arm. "Ya know I was a late bloomer.." I said looking down. I could feel his eyes snapped to my face and I smiled. I couldn't fault him for being interested but I have to keep my promise to Almight.

"I didn't get a quirk until right before I applied at UA" I left out the details on how exactly.
"I didn't even know I would get to be here" I explained "Sure I was powerful but I had almost no idea how to control it and it was .."
"Scary"
Kaminari still looking at me stopped walking.
"I had no idea"
"Yeah I don't really go around telling everyone I hope you keep it between us" I said looking at him expectantly. He jumped a bit and went to nodding excessively. I smiled again.

There was a silence.

"You know before .. when you said um you felt like a nobody..?"
I sighed thinking back thinking about how I got here and how much more I have to do.
"Yeah .." I said.
"Well I feel like that..." he said
"..all the time." He went quiet.

My eyes snapped to Kaminari's sad looking face he was looking at the bag of gummies. He was fiddling with the corner. I rubbed his arm with my free hand. "Kaminari you're amazing!" He shook his head.
"Not like Bakugo or Uraraka tho!!" He said stuffing gummies in his mouth. He swallows them quickly. He lets go of my arm, pacing in front of me as he walked, stuffing the rest in his mouth.
"Or You and Kirishima" He laughed sarcastically. He crinkled up the bag in hands.
I've never seen Kaminari seem so dark. He's always light and cheery kinda. He stopped in front me still ranting.
"And cmon !! Todoroki??? ...Please ..." He grumbled in front of me like a little kid still fiddling with that gummie bag. I reached out grabbing his hands slowly taking the bag and slipping it in my blazer pocket. He looked up at me for moment. He sighed looking back down.
"...I'm just a toaster in a bathtub .."He stared at our feet. I reached up. I moved his bangs from his face.
"Have you ever heard the saying 'You are your worst critic' because your being pretty hard on yourself." I said smiling. He rolled his eyes.
"Sounds pretty cool coming from one the strongest guys in the class"He grumbled
"Yeah, I'm pretty much a beast." I shrugged smiling while I flexed. I continued walking.
Leaving him behind me smiling with his eyes wide, he laughed catching up to me.
"JERK!" He yelled as slammed down on my shoulders from behind. "Hey! Hey!" I squealed and flailed, pushing him off my shoulders laughing.
"You gonna squish my huuuge muscles!! This is quality meat your slappin on!" I exclaimed fake rubbing my arms and frowning.
"Oh yeah?" He smiled.
"Double yeah!" I smiled.
We laughed back to the dorms. Walking inside we were greeted by the devils themselves. Kirishima, Todoroki, and Uraraka were in the dorms living room waiting on us.
"Deku!! Your back!" Uraraka says happily. She eyes Kaminari before smiling at me.
"We started to get worried you guys" Kirishima came up and ruffled Kaminaris hair. Todoroki hanged behind them saying nothing.
"Y-yeah we just got caught up talking is all" Kaminari shrugged.
Wow Kaminari is a good liar. Thank goodness anyways I'm a terrible liar so I just smiled. Kirishima didn't get the hint.
"Where did you guys run off too." He asked.
Kaminari stepped up.
"Deku wanted to show me some new stuff for the set outside." He looked at me comfortingly. I felt my cheeks get hot.
"Guess we lost track of time." He smiled. Kirishima seemed to believe it.
"Yeah well  Todoroki said he saw you two head off somewhere so we just got wondering.."
"It's not like I meant to anyways." Todoroki said deliberately avoid my direction. A twinge stung my stomach.
"Well, we're just fine! So yeah, Kaminari and I are gonna go train now." I said snatching Kaminari's arm and pulling him up the stairs he didn't seem to mind in fact he was smiling and waving goodbye. They looked at us curiously as we retreated to my room.
"Oh okay see you guys" Uraraka called after us down the stairs.
