*1 week prior to when Caroline was in the hospital with Rosia*

Rebekah comes to meet her new niece.

Rebekah Mikealson was overjoyed when she received the news that her brother Klaus had a daughter with Caroline Forbes. She immediately went to the hospital to meet her new niece, Rosia Mikealson. When she arrived, she saw Klaus holding the tiny baby in his arms, looking down at her with a mixture of awe and wonder.

Rebekah walked over to Klaus and looked down at the baby, who was sleeping soundly. She gently reached out and touched the baby's tiny hand, feeling a surge of love and protectiveness wash over her. Klaus smiled at her and told her that he was grateful that she was there to meet his daughter.

Rebekah spent the next few hours with Klaus and Caroline, marveling at the beauty of the new life they had brought into the world. She held Rosia in her arms, feeling her heart swell with joy as she looked down at the tiny, perfect face of her niece. She promised to be there for Rosia always, to protect her and guide her through life.

As she left the hospital, Rebekah felt a renewed sense of purpose. She knew that she had a responsibility's to help raise Rosia and to ensure that she grew up to be a strong, independent woman. She smiled to herself, feeling grateful for the gift of family and the new life that had just begun.

After Rebekah left Caroline decided to ring Elena and Damon, knowing that Elena would want to see her best friends new baby.

Elena and Damon were thrilled to hear that Klaus and Caroline had a new baby girl. They had been waiting anxiously for the day when they could finally meet her.

As soon as they got the news, they rushed to the hospital to see the new arrival. When they arrived, they found Klaus and Caroline beaming with pride, holding their newborn daughter in their arms.

Elena and Damon were overjoyed to see the little girl, who was so tiny and delicate that they were almost afraid to touch her. They watched as Klaus and Caroline cooed over her, marveling at her tiny fingers and toes.

As they held the baby, Elena and Damon felt a sense of awe and wonder. They knew that this little girl was part of a new generation, a symbol of hope and renewal for their family.

Over the next few days, Elena and Damon visited the hospital every day to see the baby. They watched as she grew stronger and more alert, taking in the world around her with wide-eyed wonder.

They talked to Klaus and Caroline about their hopes and dreams for their daughter, and shared stories of their own childhoods. They marveled at the miracle of new life, and felt a sense of joy and wonder that they had never experienced before.

As they left the hospital on the final day, Elena and Damon felt a sense of sadness that their time with the baby was over. But they knew that they would always remember this special time, and that they would always feel a connection to the little girl who had brought so much joy and love into their lives.

Elena starts to tear up outside of the hospital car park, Damon stops as he hears her cry.
"Lena, baby you okay?.." he said with concern.
She looks at the man who has always been there for her, loved her the way she was, he was her soulmate. She just wished she could have what Caroline and Klaus had.. A joy in their life a baby.
"Yeah..I just- god how do I say this without sounding like a moron.." she whispered.
"Babe, is it the procreating thing..?" Damon asked her with distress.
She nods gloomily, he exhales and pulls her into his arms and kisses her forehead.

*With Klaus and Caroline in the hospital*

After they left the hospital, they went back home to New Orleans. Klaus had prepared a surprise for Caroline, and as soon as they walked in, he led her to the living room where he had set up a beautiful crib for their daughter.

Caroline was touched by Klaus's thoughtfulness and couldn't help but feel overwhelmed with emotion. She looked at Klaus and saw the love in his eyes, and she knew that they were in this together, no matter what.

Over the next few weeks, Klaus and Caroline settled into their new roles as parents. They took turns staying up with Rosia at night, changing her diapers, and feeding her. They were a team, and they worked together to make sure that their daughter was happy and healthy.
