Chapter I

K.A's POV

"Damn! Patay nanaman ako sa first subject ko nito.." Yan na lang ang nasabi ko habang kumakaripas ng takbo. Sa dinami dami naman kasi na pwede kong mamiss e first subject pa. At malupit kay Ms. Tolentino pa.

Pero sabagay.. Hindi naman ako basta basta madadarag ng Prof na yun.. Baka mapaaga retirement nya pag nagkataon.

"You're late Ms. Agrade." Sabi ni Ms. Tolentino sa akin.

"Better late than never Maam!" Sabay flash ng killer smile ko.

"The great K.A. tibay mo teh late ka nanaman" sabi ni Jade na hindi naman tumitingin sa akin habang nagsasalita. I just sat beside her and started listening sa kung ano man ang ilelecture ng Prof na to.

"Blaag!" nagulat ako sa kung ano man ang bumagsak sa table ko! Nakatulog pala ako.

"Ms Agrade.. you're dozing off in my class again. Funny that this subject happens to be 1 of your major subject and sad to say na baka bumagsak ka pa.." sabi ng Prof ko from Mars sa sobrang pula sa galit.

Hindi naman ako papayag sa sinabi nya "Even if I sleep, I can still cope up with whatever you'll teach us. And I am telling you that I have ways to get what I want" madiin kong sabi.

"Well sorry to burst your bubble but I already had a word from your dad na he won't interfere with this matter. I guess it's time for you to stand for yourself now." Ms. Tolentino said bago tumalikod.

"And by the way, see me after class" pahabol nya at lumabas ng pinto ng room.

And there I was.. with my mouth open after hearing those from her.

"Teh! huy! nganga pa more? patay ka mamya kay madam see me after class daw!" Jade talking habang natawa.. naglalakad na kami palabas ng room.

Wala akong ibang nasabi kundi "I'm dead"

"Hindi pa teh mamaya ka pa lang ma-dedeads after mo sya makausap..hahaha" tuwang tuwang sabi ni Jade.

"Oo. Isusunod kita pag nagkataon." Sabi ko and then walk out ang peg.

After Class:

Patamad ako naglalakad sa building ng Accountancy.

Pagkapasok ko pa lang. Sakto ang tingin sa pinto ni Ms. Tolentino.

"Ms. Agrade, have a seat."

"Thank you Maam" I responded

"I'll go straight to the point, you see you are failing my subject and you know it's not good. Hindi ka gragraduate bottom line."

"Hindi naman ako masamang tao, I'll give you a chance, you would meet one of my A+ student tomorrow sa library ng 2PM. No excuses Ms. Agrade. Vacant mo yun."

"May choice pa ba ako." I murmured.

"I heard you Ms. Agrade. You have a choice, pumunta ka bukas or bayaan mo na magkita tayo ulit dahil ndi ka gragraduate."

"Now if wala ka na sasabihin you may leave. Thank you." Sabi ni Ms. Tolentino.

"Yeah right" I said. Ewan ko ba kung may kung anung powers si Maam. Pagkahina hina ng boses ko rinig pa din nya.

"You're welcome should be the appropriate answer." Ms Tolentino said without looking.

I walked out of the room and diredirecho sa sasakyan ko.

"Hhaaaiisst!" Buntong hininga ko na lang at sabay paharurot ng sasakyan.

.....bahala na si batman bukas.
