The Green Kingdom was still yet just as or even more busier than before. Laughter could be heard as steves skated on the ice from small ponds surrounding the kingdom. Yet that could not be seen from inside a house as it simply didn't connect to what they were doing that certain day either..

In all honesty. Victor hadn't been expecting for.. Grayson to be so kind and loving. He always thought of him as stuck up and full of himself.. especially full of trying to win him over and court his heart.

Yet as soon as a young greenling stepped inside a room. He would always drop what he had been doing , gratefully moving to help his son , not once did he  halter or display such inappropriate behavior to him to imitate other than his stupid dancing and laughter.

Which shocked him. He thought the kid would be traumatized from this asshole , yet the kid was even more advanced than other kids his age. He knew to speak, write and count. Now he was just slowly learning to do the math problems Grayson gave him so they could speak about work in peace.

He was proud of the kid so far , it felt hard to say such thing to him even.. just as if he was the child he himself for himself swore he'd never have after the war finished and his abuser was taken away and locked up for good. Thats why he vowed to continue being a guard even if not needed , he didn't want other victims to feel as if they would never get anything more. Quite the opposite.

Currently he was writing down some things while Gray and his child.. Damien were carefully putting ornaments on the tree. Well Grayson was. The child was a bubbly mess , he liked putting up the stockings up more than the tree or presents in itself. He had no exact clue why even. He just did and stopped questioning things

"Dada! Stockings , please?"

Victor was surprised as the child was looking up at him while saying such words. It made him anxious to even look at Grayson so he only replied with after gulping.

"Sure kiddo.. we can put up the stockings now."

He spoke out gently going to pick up the child as to go find the stocking in the Christmas boxes set out inside the room. Child on his hip they quietly talked about anything and everything too..

—————-

Had my son just called Victor dada...? Origin! Did Victor consider himself as a second father to little Day?.. he had responded with almost no hesitation and even was caring for his child when he was at work but he wasn't..

It made him flush in the face as he kept putting up the small globes on the tree. If barely any time had passed. He found himself putting a stocking up right next to Damiens.. and apparently Victors stocking for now at least , which most definitely pleased the child who afterwards lost interest and left to play with his toys.. leaving Grayson and Victor behind alone with one another to figure things out.

But he didn't give one thought as he went back to decorating.. listening to the footsteps behind him till feeling hands on his shoulders which made him tense temporarily at least.

It didn't take even more as he felt a hand go to his chin now. Forcing him to almost look towards Victor.. which had placed a kiss to his head. Shocking him even more than before.

"You've won sir Grayson. You've made me fall for you deep. Do with that what you will , just tell the little one that I'm at work once he comes back out from playing around."

And just like that he found himself staring at the front door. Cheeks burning with such a deep passion if it was even possible. It just made him question what had happened exactly that day. It all seemed so fuzzy for awhile as he stared at that damned door for Origin knows what exactly either.
