"Flashes of the battle come back to me in a blur"

Anastasia Addams

How would one start to describe Anastasia Addams?
I for one would start by saying,
Anastasia is a breath of fresh,
the light in the dark,
the Sunshine to his Midnight Rain.

"All that bloodshed"

It was a spooky October night, in 2006, when a 1-month-old Anastasia Potter was taken from her home. Exactly two years before Voldemort came to try and kill her yet-to-be conceived brother.
Lily and James Potter were downstairs cooking dinner, when they heard a loud bang coming from upstairs. They rushed upstairs only to find their little girl gone.

"Crimson Clove"

Now, 16 years later, the Potters were in her nursery mourning their loss. After five years Ana was said to be dead, as much as the Potters wanted to keep looking for her, they knew they had to try and move on. They tried their best to not think about her, unless it was her birthday or the day of her disappearance. Lily was crying in her husbands arms when a letter appeared in front of him.

James did what anyone would do, he grabbed the letter and read it, shocked by its contents, he quickly handed it to Lily, insisting she read. Lily gasped, her baby was alive.

"Uh-huh sweet dream was over"

They rushed to Hogwarts, making it right before dinner ended. They pushed open the doors of The Great Hall, shocked to see their friends and family there. Dumbledore looked towards them asking, "Good Evening, did you both get a letter as well?" Lily respond, " Yes sir, Is it true?" "Well, there is no way to be su-"

Dumbledore was cut of when a bright light filled the room, and a group of people were standing there. "And who might you be?" Dumbledore asked. "Woah there Gandalf, we come in peace...we just all randomly appeared here." Anastasia said with a shrug. "Ms. Addams! Please!" Principal Weems exclaimed, She looked towards Dumbledore and said, "I apologize Sir, as Anastasia said, We just appeared her. Do you mind telling us where it is that we are, exactly?"

At the mention of the name Anastasia, the Potters looked towards the girl with hope. "Ah yes. Well this is Hogwarts of course. Now where exactly did you come from?" Dumbledore asked. "We come from Nevermore, a school for outcasts in Jericho, Vermont." Weems replied.

A paper appeared in front of Ana, she took it out of the air and read it aloud, "Dear Hogwarts, Nevermore, and The Addams, you are here to watch the life of Anastasia Addams, and how she was kidnapped and taken to The Addams." She paused for a second, "What? What do you mean?" She asked her parents- or who she thought to be her parents- Morticia sighed, "Ana dear, It hurts to say this but, you're not our actual daughter. We found you on the side of the road." Ana looked up at her with tears in her eyes, "What? No. You are my mother, you are my real mother. The closest thing I ever had to one." Anastasia let out a shaky breath and continued, "The best part of my life was fake." She looked at her family, noticing they all looked guilty- except for Wednesday because she never shows emotion- and realized they all knew, "And none of you told me."

Anastasia stormed out of the Great Hall, Xavier following behind her. Morticia and Gómez were about to follow behind but Wednesday stopped the, "Don't. He can handle it."

When Xavier found her she was crying in a corridor. He went up to her and sat next to her, "Go away." She sniffles. "Never." He replied, "I wish I could say I understand what your going through..but I don't." Ana looked up at him, and smiled a bit, "You're an idiot, you know that?" She asked. "Yah but I'm your idiot." Ana giggled, before looking down.

"Hey, what's wrong?" Xavier asked. "I- it's just so insane how you can care and love someone for so long, but they're not really who they say they are." She said sadly. "I think you should talk to them." Xavier shrugged. "What?" "Yah. Maybe they can explain why they never told you." "Ok...can you go get them for me?" Anastasia asked, not wanting to walk back in there. "Of course." Xavier stood up and headed to the Great Hall.

The Addams looked up hopefully at the sound of the doors opening, only to realize it was just Xavier. He walked up to them and said, "She wants to talk to you guys." The Addams nodded and made their way out of the Great Hall.

At the sound of foot steps, Anastasia stood up looking in the direction of the noise. When they saw her, Pugsley ran up to her and pulled he into a tight hug. "Pu-Pugsley. I ne-ed a-air." "Right. Right, sorry." Morticia walked towards her, grabbing her cheek in a motherly way. "My precious daughter, I'm sorry we didn't tell you. We weren't sure how you would react, and we didn't want you to leave us." "Oh, mother. I would never leave you guys." Morticia's heart warmed at 'mother'.

"I understand where you're coming from. I wouldn't want any of you guys to leave me. So...I forgive you." The Addams gathered in a group hug- Yes. Wednesday did to- "Let's go back and finish reading the letter.

When they got back, Ana grabbed the letter and continued reading, "Anastasia, your real parents are in the room, James and Lily Potter..." Ana trailed of, as the hall gasped, she looked up and quickly looked down not ready to meet her real parents, "You were taken from them at the ripe age of 1-month-old. Shocking, I know. Now if you could please transform the  Hall into a place more comfortable, then we can get on with the show." Ana snapped her fingers, and the tables were turned into comfortable chairs. As everyone sat down, a screen appeared and started playing.

And so...it begins
