Omega

Omegas typically have the most complicated or painful cycle. This is called a heat. It is mainly described as the squeezing of the lower stomach. It still doesn't compare to labor, although most omegas can't move while going through a cycle.

When in the midst of a heat, an omega let's out a very strong and sweet version of their scent.

It typically lasts from 7-9 days, depending on the omega, but sometimes it can me longer or shorter, depending on how fertile the omega is. 

Beta

Betas don't have mating cycles, as they have normal reproductive organs.

Alpha

Alphas go through a period called a rut. It typically lasts as long as a heat does. It's not painful for an alpha, but they do have the urge to knot omegas, and even betas if they are desperate enough.
