Alpha

With an alpha female's reproductive system, they carry a retractable penis that will pop out when in rut or when aroused. This means that they CAN impregnate omegas of all genders.

A male alpha pretty much has the same reproductive system as a normal man, with the exception of a knot, wich locks them inside their partner when reaching their climax. This serves the purpose of keeping semen inside their parter to highten the chance of pregnancy. The knot is located at the base of the alpha's member. A knot is normally depicted as a bulbous bulge at the base of an alphas member. 

Alphas can remove these parts, but they almost never do, unless they have to for medical reasons.

Omega

With an omegan female, they have the exact same reproductive system as our females. All they have is the added heat.

Male omegas' bodies are very intricate. They have a penis, and under that, they have a vagina that forms after they reach 14. With the forming of the vagina, they also form a uterus, and that's when their heat starts. Yes, they do have assholes.

Beta

A beta is the average person. They don't have cycles, as stated in the explanation on cycles. They don't have extra parts. They only have added scent glands.
