Wednesday:
During the beginning of the break, I played with my brother Pugsly and hung him on a rope.

Before I could even conduct our game, my mother stopped it.

"Mother," I said in a very monotone.

"My sweet little storm cloud, you cannot hang your brother."

"Why not"? My mother stayed silent for a moment but then said, "Because it'll kill him."

I sighed and then went to my room not wanting to argue with her.

I was about to start typing on my typewriter, but I got a text from an Unknown number.

At first, I thought it was my stalker, however, after further investigation, I figured out that it was Enid because the text was " Hey Weds! It's me Enid. Your former roommate and your best friend!💕🙋‍♀️💕😁💕😊".

Her words and emojis made me want to throw up.

It was torture, and I usually like torture.

But not this type.

I responded with, "If you call me Weds again I will personally skin you alive."

It took her some time to respond.

She then texted, "You didn't say I wasn't your best friend 😁."

I chose to ignore it and was about to continue typing, but my mother burst into my room.

She said that Enid had requested my parents to let me to go San Francisco and hang out.

how did she even ask my parents about this?

My mother then told me to pack my bags and get ready for the trip.

She also told me it would be "good for me".

I just complied because I would be lying if I said I didn't miss Enid a little bit.

Only because we are friends though.

And I would never say it out loud.

I started to pack my stuff and was soon done.

I heard someone else walk into my room.

I turned around to see my brother Pugsley again.

He said, "You're leaving already?"

"Yes."

"I'll miss you Wednesday."

He looked disappointed.

He hugged me, and it took me a while to hug back.

It surprised me and pugsly that I did so.

He looked at me and was about to say something.

"Not a word," I said sternly but still monotone

I grabbed my bags and went with Lurch.

So we could go to the train station.
