Epilogue Part 2

Jake's POV
When you find that special someone hold on to them for as long as you can

Jake lay MC down on the bed getting her a glass of water, he sat next too her and helped her too drink some of the water. Jake lay her back down carefully so she could get some more rest. The next morning MC woke too Jake lay next too her holding her hand. MC sat up spinning round so she could fully see Jake making sure it was really him. MC wrapped her arms around him holding on too him taking in his scent and warmth. MC slowly pulled away taking another look at Jake then she pulled him close and kissed him deep.

They both fell back onto the bed kissing each other, a tear fell down MCs face after all this time of searching and worrying about Jake everything just came out. Jake put his arms around her and held her close once MC had calmed down she was finally able too talk.

MC: I can't believe you are really here, I've missed you so much
Jake: I've missed you MC more than I can say, I don't ever want too leave your side again.
MC: do we need too leave? I'm guessing we aren't safe here
Jake: we are fine for now do not worry I've got a program called NYM-OS, it's blocking our location for now.
MC: I need too get a message too your mum and dad, I need too tell them you are okay.
Jake: send it just before we leave, then turn your phone off and take the battery out.

Later that day Jake and MC spent a little time together before they had too pack up and move on. Right before they left MC opened up the message app and sent a message too Sophie.

MC: hi Sophie, just wanted too let you know Jake is safe and well, I managed too find him last night. We are moving on from our current location now so do not worry if I don't reply I will have too turn my phone off and take the battery out.

MC sent the message and followed what Jake had told her, turning her phone off and taking her battery out. They grabbed the rest of their stuff and made their way too the car. Jake had already found a place outside of Colville, it was a long drive but it was going too put a lot of distance between them and the men after Jake. Jake drove too the next location it was a small out of the way motel, the room was basic but comfortable. It was late by the time they had arrived so MC ordered some takeout, after putting the order in she got up from the bed and walked towards Jake. He was sat at the desk with his laptop open typing away, she put her arms around him taking in his scent a smile spreading across her face.

MCs POV
I never thought I would have Jake back in my life again, but I knew I wouldn't give up on finding him. As it turns out he was the one who rescued me from that building I really thought I was going too die in that moment. Just as I thought it was the end Jake came out of nowhere and saved me, even now with my arms around him I can't believe he's really with me. I'm glad I was able too let Sophie and Victor know he was safe. Things have been hard since Jake had too run but they held it all together and came out the other side. I need too pull away from Jake before I find myself getting too distracted. I have missed him so much it's so hard too pull away, but as I do he looks up at me with that puppy dog look. My heart just melts I feel him grab my hand and pull me onto his lap, I am quick too wrap my arms around him and snuggle into him.

Jake's POV
I am reunited with my love I have missed her so much, these last 6 months have been hell without her. I am glad I decided too track her location I hate too think what would of happened if I hadn't of found her in time. She is safe in my arms once again I will never let anyone hurt her ever again, I promise too protect her with my life. She has her arms wrapped around me her scent is intoxicating she smells beautiful. I have missed these moments the simple things we share is what means the most too me. I never wanted this kind of life for her but we are meant too be together. I never wanted too pull her into this mess but I found myself needing her more than anything. I know she would follow me too the end of the earth if it meant we got too be together. I don't know what the future holds but I do know one thing it's going too have MC by my side and me by hers.

MC: Jake, I love you
Jake: I love you MC

After they ate MC let Jake work while she watched TV it didn't take long for MC too grow tired and fell asleep with the TV on, Jake could hear the faint snores getting up from his seat he turned the TV off and covered MC up with a blanket. Jake went back too his laptop too carry on working but then ore he typed he just wanted too lay with MC. More so after everything that happened so he clicked on a few thinks and let NYM-OS and a few other programs he had been working on run.

Getting up from his seat going over too the bed, Jake lay down next too MC putting his arms around her slowly falling asleep with her in his arms.
