"Best friends don't kiss Jihan" he said with a sly smirk on his face, while I'm here changing into different shades of red like some LED strip lights you'd have on you ceiling because you call it 'aesthetic", there was someone amongst the 3 that didn't seem amused with the whole conversation going on between person 1&2.
To be completely honest it wasn't really a kiss and it happened many moons ago. Felix and I weren't in our right minds because we were only 12. If I'm being completely honest with you right now, I was a curious kid and seeing my parents do it so often made me even more curious. Honestly speaking when Felix and I kissed, I didn't like feel anything except for a pounding chest and I don't think my chest was the only one pounding.
"What kiss?" Heeseung asked while gritting his teeth, he was fuming, but Felix didn't seem bothered at all and answered Heeseung's questioning as if it was no big deal,"relax bro, it happened years ago, it happened when you were second to me, so just you know chill out" Felix shrugged.
He not fully incorrect with his statement, in fact his was completely accurate, I did have a crush on him, like a massive one, you could say he was my first love. Yep, it was love not just some tiny crush you'll get over in a hot minute and he was correct with saying Heeseung was second to him cause he was second. But I no longer have a crush on Felix. My love for him is complete gone I think.....I think.
"Yet she's with me and not with you. So whose second now?" Heeseung fired back at Felix, honestly I'd be lying if I said my heart didn't race at his words and it seems like Felix didn't fail to see my tinted cheeks of carmine and Felix seemed quite unimpressed with the way I reacted to Heeseung's words.... But why?
"Let's just go, I don't have time to argue with those delusional guy"Felix stated while walking back to the car and hopping into the back seat of the car but thought lingering my mind made me pause before walking to the car as well, what did he mean by 'delusional guy'? Am I not catching on to something that Heeseung could be hiding? I guess I'll never know.
As I was about to hop in the back seat I got stopped by Felix "what are you doing? Why aren't you going to sit by your boyfriend?"Felix asked while raising his eyebrow clearly confused, Heeseung never really liked me sitting next to him in the car, or in general and I'll never know why,"oh Heeseung doesn't like it when I sit next to him"I told him the truth cause why would I lie to my best friend?,"why?"Felix asked angrily and I just simply shrugged, he just sighed after. As Heeseung finally came and sat in the car because he had to send a 'friend' a message, Felix suddenly asked "why don't you like Jihan sitting in front?", to which Heeseung responded saying "cause I don't like it?" and shrugged. I simply sighed, I mean it's nothing new, he does this all the time but when I turned to look at Felix, he look furious. He looked as if he just witnessed his brother and girlfriend sleeping together. "What a gentleman you are!"Felix stated, voice evident with sarcasm and a little eye roll as a cherry on top and all Heeseung did was scoff.
"So Jihan, is there anything you've taken aliking to, you were always the type to find new interests." Felix asked changing the topic, making the air less tense,"oh I've been recently enjoying music, specifically Fujii Kaze, The Weekend, Conan Gray, IVE, BTS, StayC and Twice" I answered his question truthfully, I haven't really found any other interests other than of course music, I relate to most of these artists music and the rest I just enjoy their music cause it's good, "WAIT DID YOU DAY TWICE?!I LOVE TWICE! WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE SONG?" Felix started yelling, so he even likes Twice, have I found my soulmate? Heeseung isn't really fond of the things I like, especially Twice, "I really like signal and love foolish" I said smiling widely.
Timeskip: At the prom hall
We finally arrived at the place where the dance is taking place. During the car ride there, it was filled with chatting, singing along to TWICE songs and our favorite thing we did was annoying Heeseung, yep we annoyed him, especially when Felix and I 'tried' to recreate Jihyo's bridge in 'What is love?'. We were like basically singing to each other and I guess that either made Heeseung jealous or annoyed or both. It was fun. I must say that was the most enjoyable car ride I had with Heeseung, all thanks to Felix.
