Flushed Away School Adventures

Chapter#2 Talent show/first date

(It was Friday afternoon. And the night of the big talent show was going to happen.)

Roddy: (He was standing in line with all of his kindergarten classmates as they gotten to perform first. He was so excited to preform this for Rita. He had been keeping this a surprise sense Monday from Rita. (He then chuckles to himself.) He remembers when ever he came over to Rita's house to play or even just to hang out. He would secretly bring over Rita's guitar that she left at his penthouse apartment. And he would only practice playing her guitar when ever Rita wasn't around. Like either if she had to go use the bathroom. Or if he was inside his own penthouse he can practice playing her guitar without the worry of having Rita overhearing the sounds of him playing her guitar and having him spoil his surprise for her. But when ever she did come back from either using the bathroom or either to fetch the both of them a snack. She would always ask him if there was somebody playing a guitar. And of course he would lie to Rita in order to keep his surprise to her a major secret.)

(Out on the stage.)

Mrs. Betty: (Clears her throat as she then begins to speak to the audience using a microphone.)

Mrs. Betty: "Welcome parents/kids to our first annual talent show of the school year. "We ask that if you do take pictures that you use no flash photography. "And that you please refrain from eating inside our auditorium. "Now with out further or do please give a round of applause for Sid.

(Everybody begins to clap.)

Sid: (Places a soccer goal on the other side of the stage. And he looks at everybody.)

Sid: "Hello everybody my name is Sid. "And I'm going to do some cool soccer tricks.

Sid: (He then kicks the soccer ball to where his shoe was. And manages to bounce the soccer ball to his head. And he scored a goal.)

Sid: "Ta da!

(Everybody begins to clap.)

Mrs. Betty: "And that was Sid. "Next is Rita Malone.

(Everybody begins to clap.)

Rita: (Walks onto the stage.)

Baby Annie Malone: (Begins to coo as she claps her tiny hands together.) "Rita! "Rita!

Rita: (Smiles as she waves hi to her baby sister Annie.) "Hi Annie I see you. (She then clears her throat.) "Hello everybody my name is Rita Malone. "Now what you are about to watch me do is called parcore. (Looks at the audience.) "Now please don't try this at home unless if you are skilled at it. "Now let's get this started.

Rita: (She then climbs up a ladder and jumps up a pipe. And she then lands on a spinning tap Witch she then leaps and manages to grab onto the ledge of a wall. And she hops onto a long balance beam that she had set up. And witch she did a perfect balance. And she did a flip in the air and landed right onto the ground perfectly.)

Rita: (Looks at the audience.) "And there you have it folks. (Looks at both of her parents.) "And I couldn't have learned it without the help from both of my favorite parents. (Blows them both kisses.) "Thank you all and good night.

(Everybody begins to clap.)

Mrs. Betty: "Okay next is Roddy St. James.

(Everybody begins to clap.)

Roddy: (Walks up onto the stage while holding Rita's guitar and he looks at Mrs. Betty.)

Roddy: "Mrs Betty may I please use your microphone for my act?

Mrs. Betty: (Nods her head.) "Sure Roddy just let me set it up for you. (She sits it up for him.) "There you go Roddy.

Roddy: (Sits down on a stool and looks right at the audience and begins to speak into the microphone.) "Hello everybody my name is Roddy St. James. (He then giggles very nervously.) "Before I perform for you guys I wanna invite somebody to stand next to me on stage.(He looks right at Rita.) "Rita would you care to stand next to me on stage?
