CHAPTER THIRTY
He didn't want to break the news to her or else she will cry and he didn't want want her to cry so he smiled with assurance
He also hopes Cloě will go with that because she knows what is going to happen sooner, he thanked his stars that Sarah came to see him at long last
"Can I give you a peck on your cheek?" He asked hoping she wouldn't think otherwise
Sarah looked at him and smiled as she nodded her head for him, she lowered her face to his level and he pecked it slightly
After the peck, Sarah looked at him and put her hands on his forehead to check his temperature but it wasn't cooling down
"I will go get some cold water" she said excusing herself
Yung nodded assuring her to do so, he felt comfortable later on.
Sarah went to get the water, as she entered the room she saw he was taking the medicine given to him by Cloě
"Mom and dad said they will be coming to check on you" Cloě said as she gave him water to swallow the drugs
"You told them?" Asked Yung after he has taken the medicine
"Why not? Aren't they the one that gave birth to you?" Cloě said giving him the soup she prepared
"I just don't want them to be worried" he said sipping the soup "thanks sis" he said smiling
"For what?" She asked pretending not to know what she has done for him
"For being there for me" he said sipping it
"I hope you don't die" she said and just then Sarah walked into the room because she thought they didn't notice her in the room
"Oh, you brought him water" Cloě said looking at the bowl in Sarah's hand
"Yeah"
"I will do it for him, no need to worry yourself" Cloě said looking at her best friend with assurance but Sarah insisted that she wanted to do it herself that it didn't worry her at all
Cloě agreed with her that she stood up for her
Yung continued sipping his soup as Sarah looked at him smiling
Cloě went to get something for Yung, so she excused herself
Sarah found Yung as her older brother even though she doesn't have any sibling so losing him is like an heartbreak
"Let me feed you, don't stress yourself" she said but Yung insisted, Sarah later left it with him feelings that she doesn't want to stress gun with an argument
Yung smiled with assurance as he was true with the soup so that Sarah could do what she wants to
Yung as well on the bed and looked at Sarah
Sarah started feeling him with the cold napkin, every minute he groaned out of pain
He looked at her and felt she should know what is going on with him until Cloě came
............

Sarah felt happy again as she went to school the next day and found Cloě in school, she looked pale and thought it would be from the stress that she had from taking care of her brother
She went to meet Cloě and tried asking her how Yung was feeling
"You look pale, sorry. How is your body?" Sarah asked her
"I am fine, I am just stressful" her voice croaked as she talked to Sarah
"How is Yung?" Sarah asked
"Him?"
"Yeah, your brother" Sarah answered
"He died yesterday night as the doctor predicted" Cloě cried as she said it
Sarah screamed not caring whether she got attention, she can't believe her ears.
"Let me see him" she said not believing what Cloě said
"He is dead, before he died he said I should give you this letter" Cloě said giving the letter to Sarah
Sarah collected but still insisted she wanted to see him
"There's school going on"
"No worries, let go"
Cloě nodded as they walked out of the school, the whole students watched the incident but the two girls seem not to care
"What do you think might have happened to your friend?" Asked Angela to Dan
Dan shrugged not knowing who might have happened to her
He decoded to follow up but Angela insisted that she should follow him but he refused
He followed them to see what the commotion was all about
Sarah felt like fainting that she didn't believe it
As they got to the house, she ran to the room to see Cloě's parents there, she pushed her way pass to wake him up but he refused
"Wake up, Yung" she pleaded crying
The parents consoled Cloě and Sarah not caring why they left school during school hours
Dan was outside looking at them
