He wasn't my dog, but he was my sisters and I loved him as if he was mine. His name was Jude and he was a pug. He was sweetest little pug anyone could ask for.
My sister comes out every Monday and she would bring him and her other dog, a Rottweiler and Akita mix named Aurora. Jude would pull out every single toy I had in their box and play with them, but I didn't mind he was having fun.
That boy lived a happy life at least. My sister was good to him, she loved him like a son. He was still a puppy so he had accidents but she was working with him. She would tell me stories about how he would take her slippers under her bed and chew on them and walk right in front of her and then poop in the floor. It would make her mad at that moment but looking back on it now it just makes her smile. She misses him. She also has a video of him in early October, we had a few decorations up for Halloween, like a skeleton and stuff and I guess he didn't see them when he was outside and he looked through the window and saw them and started barking. It was so cute.
It was Tuesday that it happened. Her and her husband left, I think they went to Home Depot to get something so left left Jude in the kennel with there other toy dogs. They were pit bulls named Roxie and Rambo. I don't want to bad mouth pits because my sister has another one that is the sweetest dog. She say he wouldn't even hurt a fly because he was chasing after one and got it in his mouth and then spit it out and made sure it was still alive. His name is Kronos.
I don't know exactly what happened, I didn't want to ask her. But she said when she got home she went to get Jude out of the kennel and she saw that he wasn't moving, I think she figured he was just sleeping and she called for him. And then she said she realized and she just fell down and called for her husband. He picked up Jude and they buried him. She said that Roxie had blood on her and since Jude was in the kennel with them she knew that they had killed him.
Her husband told her that once they had a taste for blood then they wouldn't stop and they have a niece that's six and chey was worried that they might attack her or her cat. So her husband told her to go to his sisters house who lives next door and he shot them.
I hate it I do because I love dogs. And I don't know if both of them were involved in the murder but I guess what's done is done. I wasn't close to them, like I was Jude and am with Aurora.
September 26th 2021 - October 18th 2022 I loved you your whole life, and I'll miss you for the rest of mine.
