The following day, Camila had made her way into the school building. She was instantly greeted by many students as she flashed them her signature smile. She wasn't one of those bratty mean girls but someone genuine and that's what people loved about her. She was attractive, kind, and humble. The brunette made her way to her locker and casually opened it, taking the textbooks she needed for her classes but then something caught her eye.

An envelope.

" Hey Mila- Oh shit, well I see someone has a secret admire." Said her long time friend Dinah Jane with a teasing smirk.

Camila scoffed. " Please, as if."

" Stop humbling yourself you know these guys be all over you. Or girls. I don't know I haven't updated the census yet."

Camila rolled her eyes. " None have done this."

" Well open it! I want to see who sent you a love letter."

" Open what?"

" Oh nah not you too Normani." Camila whined, now she has two of them up her ass. Dinah smirked. " Someone made a romantic anonymous gesture with a love letter."

"Oooooohooo."

" I can't with you guys. I'm going to take shit." lied Camila as she quickly left from the scene heading towards the bathroom.

The brunette reached her destination and looked around to see if anyone was there. Luckily there wasn't. She liked privacy, especially when it comes to these type of things. She scanned the envelope itself. Plain white, with a rose drawn swiftly on the back. Camila traced her finger along the drawing, admiring how perfectly it was drawn. She was already impressed and didn't even open the stranger's letter yet. Camila opened it carefully, not wanting to ruin it and instantly saw two pieces of paper. She took the bigger one out and unfolded it, almost having a heart attack the moment she saw what was on it. It was a portrait of herself. Camila stared at it intently trying to see if it's not some picture someone took. But it wasn't. It looked so real. The brunette was in such awe, and amazed as well. She took out the smaller piece of paper and unfolded it. Not only was she impressed with the drawing but the person's penmanship was extraordinary.

    Dear Camila,

Here is the drawing I said I would do. I really didn't need a picture,  photogenic memory. Wanted to thank you for the company. I appreciate it. Enjoy.

                             Hope to continue.

                                                        Lauren.

Camila's heart raced. No one ever did this for her. No boyfriends/girlfriends, no family, no friends, no one. She was in complete awe. After that, she couldn't stop thinking about the quiet artist.
