A loud banging was heard from the door that had woken me from my sleep. I grabbed my glasses and slid on my slippers and headed towards the door. Who would be here around this time of day. I opened the door to see not one but 7 idiotic guys that I considered friends smiling.

"What's all this about?" I had asked as I moved aside to let them in.

"Oh don't be that way Felix," Han my practical twin said, "we come with great news!"

"At 6 in the morning?" I asked yet another question as I followed them into the living space.

"Yeah," Jeongin started, "it's kinda important."

"Not as important as the sleep I was getting," I said sitting next to Chan who was looking at his phone with an excited smile.

"Ok we get it," Hyunjin started with a slight annoyed eye roll, "your finals were hard and your still salty about the rest of us getting our soulmate marks."

I wouldn't say that I was jealous. It could go one of two ways. One I don't have a soulmate which means I don't have a significant other, or they aren't of the age when they get a mark.

"I'm not jealous," I stated fiddling with my fingers, "I'm actually happy for you guys."

"Yeah happy my ass," Changbin was quick to add, "you stopped hanging out with us the second Han and Minho got their marks leaving you without one."

"Ok let's stop arguing over this," Chan started turning to me and placing a reassuring hand on my shoulder, "you'll get a mark and find them Felix I promise."

"Says you who has been looking for 4 years after getting yours," Minho snapped at Chan causing a pillow to go flying at his face.

"Anyways," Chan started again, "we know finals has been hard for you and we do miss hanging out with you so,"

"We got us tickets to the cruise you have always wanted to go on!" Han shouted cutting chan off in the process.

"Really?!" I said sorta shocked, "you guys didn't have to I would have just been fine with a simple cafe outing."

"And then push us away afterwards, yeah no," Seungmin pointed out.

"I wouldn't have pushed you away," I said glaring over at Seungmin.

"You would have," Chan said ruffling my hair, "but we would have bothered you until you came back to us."

I looked at Chan's wrist that had a letter print on it. It's so easy for him to be happy when he knows that he has someone out there who understands him perfectly. The same goes for the rest of them. Sure they all don't have a mark in the same place but they all have one.

"Felix," Changbin started as he directed my gaze from Chan's wrist towards him.

All of them had a look of pity which frustrated me. I'm completely fine with being patient and waiting or even being without someone.

"When do we go on this said vacation?" I asked changing the subject.

"We leave in a week from tomorrow," Chan said giving my shoulder a slight squeeze to try and comfort me.

"Alright," I started as I got up and turned towards them, "well, you're welcome to stay but I've got some stuff I gotta take care of."

"Felix don't be like that," Hyunjin started as I walked away towards my bedroom.

I shut my door and locked it sliding down to the floor and put my head on my knees. They just don't understand. I don't want those sympathetic stares and smiles. I just want to be treated as I was before but with them, I don't think it'll happen.
