I've Got You

( ok before we start chapter 4. Just to make things clear- Yuichi doesn't stick with JUST Yuichi or Usagi. He  actually doesn't mind being called by either. Therefore he is the one with the most nicknames out of all of them. )

-Leo's POV-

"MEDICAL SUPPLIES! I NEED MEDICAL SUPPLIES!" I yell bursting into the lair. "My son! What happened!?" My dad appears, wondering why Yuichi was in my arms injured. "NO TIME TO TALK DAD-" I scream in a panic, dropping our weapons and running into the room we made the medbay in. "BUT I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF YOU CALLED APRIL AND THE OTHERS!" I set Yuichi on the hospital bed we found in a junkyard a month ago, and started to grab the necessary supplies to aid him. I start to disinfect the wounds on his body and stitch up the small gash on the side of his chest. Sure this was a slight crisis. But I snickered a little as I put cute, animal bandaids over a few tiny cuts. I then ran some scans over his body using the totally did not steal x-ray we have. "Phew, luckily you didn't break anything," I sigh in relief. I sit down on a stool I put near the bed and started to think. "Who were they? And weren't those the turtles I saw at Hueso's yesterday? Well at least two of them-?" I think, while staring at Usagi. "LEON!" I hear a voice while the sliding doors slam open. "April, Sunita, Casey!" I say happily, glad to know my friends were able to come over. "What happened to Yuichi!?" Sunita yells, running to his side. I explain a bit of what happened a few minutes ago and described the turtles we had encountered. "Two turtles in orange and purple?" April says. "In dark orange and purple actually" I correct. April rolls her eyes. "WHOEVER DID THIS TO USAGI WILL PAY!" Casey balls her fists and screams in anger. We all start talking about who they were and why they attacked Yuichi in the first place when.. "G-guys? Why am I in a hospital bed?" We turn to Yuichi. He sits up, "and why does my head feel like crap- and were you the one who put animal bandaids on me!" He points to the bandaids then me. "Ummmm... No? Yes? Maybe?" I say teasingly with a slight hint of sarcasm. "Whatever, WAIT, did you see those turtles, you didn't get hurt fighting them as well right!?" He trys to get up, but fails miserably. "Hey, hey, hey. Calm down Chi I'm okay!" I reassure him, standing up so that he can see I wasn't hurt in any way. He nods in approval, then turns to the others. "Its nice to see you guys too." Usagi smiles. We all sit around and joke even more. Until the question we've all been wondering about, was asked. "What did those goons what from you Sagi?" April asks, tilting her head a tad bit. Yuichi looks around, then sighs. "Alright, you see...." He then explains about how the box-turtle had said that his "dad", wanted revenge on Splinter, and knew who Leo was. "Revenge? What could Splints possibly do to their dad?" Sunita asks. Usagi shrugs. "I don't know, but it must have been something real bad.." Everyone went silent. "I could go ask dad if he did anything horrible in the past that he can never recover from." I say casually, walking out of the med bay. "And you three." I point to the girls. "Make sure Yui doesn't do anything stupid." I walk out then hear someone scream from behind me. "I DONT DO STUPID THINGS!" "SAYS THE ONE WHO FOUGHT A 2V1 BATTLE!" I yell back, laughing my butt off as I jog to my dads bedroom. I peek inside and see that he is meditating. "Welp, don't wanna interrupt dad." I tell myself in my head. About to go back when I hear. "My son, what do you need?" I turn back and look inside, seeing my dad peeking over his shoulder. "Ah, sorry pops for interrupting your meditation session." I walk inside, bowing respectfully at my family's shrine. I sit down beside him and cross my legs. "Heeyy... Can I ask you a question?" I give him a nervous but confident grin. "Of course my son," he puts a hand? Paw-? On my shoulder. "What is it you need to ask?" I start to twiddle with my fingers. "Well.. Have you ever done anything.... Crazy enough for someone to want revenge on you and send their turtle sons after your son in order to find you so that the person you screwed up can have revenge on you?" I said the question quickly. My dads eyes widen in fear. "Son, there is something I have to tell you.." I give him a look for him to continue. He sighs, "but I will tell you when Yuichi is all healed up. You will need him for the battle you are about to fight. Not only that, I know you care about him more than anything else in the world." He smiles when he finishes the last part. I feel my face flush red. "D-do you?" "Yes son, of course I do." He holds out his arms to offer a hug, and I immediately dive in to feel my dads comfort around me. "Thanks dad.." I mumble. "Your welcome my son. Now head back to the others, they will be wondering where you are." My dad releases me from the hug and I walk out, thanking him once again.

"ACHOO-" What the heck? Who sneezed? I ask myself, speeding up my pace to the med bay. I walk in to see Usagi in bed sneezing all of the sudden, and the girls staying slightly far away from him. "How did you get sick!? I was only gone for like 10 minutes!" I ask, everyone's heads turning towards me. I grab a thermometer on the counter beside me and shove it into Yuichi's mouth. *89.7° degrees*
It showed on the thermometer. "Dang Yui, you really know how to make Leo's job even harder." April points out snickering. "Im- ACHOO! Sorry!" He yells, blowing his nose into a tissue. "Oh, sorry guys but I gotta dash. My pops needs me to be home early today." Sunita says, running out of the med bay. "Me and Case gotta head out too. We have a serious project we need to work on." The girls walk out their footsteps echoing throughout the lair. "Alright then Sagi. I need you to stay here real quick." I say also walking out of the room to grab a few things. "Its not like I'm going anywhere!" He screams a bit, his voice now a tad hoarse. "Heh, this idiot..." I say under my breath.
