Junior year

Felix watched from afar that's what he always does now. He Sits in the cafeteria poking at his food glancing  to the other side of the cafeteria looking at Bangchan laugh with his friends, making jokes, enjoying his time.
But for Felix it's not like this, Bangchan was his friend. The one he laughed with, made jokes with. But now he has no one, Chan was his person, the one he went to about everything. Now Felix sits alone at lunch, walks the court yard alone, spends the weekends alone in his room, because everything is different now, as years of high school passed Chan pushed him away, got new friends, went out more, changed his looks, he was a new person.
It's like he slowly forgot about Felix. But all Felix did was think about him, how he could just leave him, they had been friends since 3rd grade. Now In thier senior year, strangers, that's what they are now and Felix hates it feeling like it was his fault. He misses Chan but he can't face him so every week he leaves a small box of brownies in his locker hoping he sees them. He always watches from afar when Chan opens his locker to see the brownies, he watches him eat them and place the box back because he knows felix will get it.
Chan couldn't forget felix  no matter how hard he tried the way Felix radiated happiness, the way his eyes close when he smiles, his stupid corny jokes, the way he kicks his feet when he excited, the way he makes brownies every chance he gets. Chan pretends he does, looking at felix when he doesn't notice, notices he doesn't have the same happiness he did, he doesn't smile as often. And he knew it was his fault. He knew it was because of the stuff he said. But he can't get Felix back anymore.

The two have learned to that friendships don't last forever, both has suffered for different reasons but sharing 1 common reason. They miss eachother, but will either of them make the effort to spark thier friendship again?
