Liyarah POV

Solienne ask me to meet her in the cafeteria because she told me she has important things to say. I buy myself some foods while waiting for her, after I buy my food Cassidy finally arrives and she waves her hand at me.

"Hey Cassidy! What's the thing that you will say to me?" I asked seriously.

"Uh right, because I think Leander likes me but to be honest I can't like him back." She responded and sighs.

We sit in the last table so no one can hear us. That's why Leander is not with her this few days, Leander is distancing himself for Cassidy.

"So what are you going to do now?" Looks into her seriously.

"I don't have a choice but to reject him." She said while scratching her head in frustration.

"We'll in that case, you have to embrace the changes on him as in everything that might change." I said while smiling.

"What if he goes home alone? And he can't no longer join us going home?" She asked worriedly.

I stop speaking because I was shock that Leander standing right next to us. I hope he don't heard everything, and this thing was unexpected that make me nervous too.

"I heard everything, I was just sitting there." He pointed the table next to us.

"Will you go home alone this time?" She asked worriedly.

"I do, I need some breathing space for a couple of days I guess? It's better for me." He responded seriously and excuse himself and leaves the area.

"That's what I am saying, Cassidy." I said

We became silent the whole time. I feel sad because of this two, one is going to distance himself and the other one is has nothing in mind what to do. Leander takes it  all and he will burden it in his heart, and maybe it will be a reason that

Their expected friendship will be ruined by unexpected friendzone....
