(Name) pov:

Ok, at first I thought it was nothing but something is definitely wrong with Rowan. He's been zoning out so fman much! And he keeps looking at Wednesday like she killed someone(which she did). If I didn't know any better I'd say he's scared if her. He's been rambling about how his mother's vision was right and it's was going to happen sooner than expected and how he wasn't ready yet. Honestly I have no idea what he's on about but I'm not exactly the smartest book on the shelf. My boyfriends always been a big dork but that why I love him and seeing him this worked up caused me pain to y'know? Well, I should probably go see him,i heard he got a cut during fencing and I know how much he hates blood.

~skip to the nurses office~

"Rowan? You in there?" I gave a short knock.
"Yeah... I'm in here (nickname)."
I entered expecting him to be alone or whith a nurse but no, Wednesday Addams was sat on one of the beds looking at me with her emotionless eyes. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate her but boy does she give me the creeps.
"I though you had volleyball?(sorry- I love volleyball 😭), your out early." Rowan always made sure he knew what lessons I have so he can walk me too and from my classes.
"We finished half an hour ago cause coach got knocked out. Surprised she isn't here."
I looked around the room expecting to see coach but nope, just the three of us..... Awkward.
"Huh strange..... I never saw her, perhaps she went to rest, anyway what brings you here?"
"Ah! Well I heard you got cut an deanted to come see eyou. I know how much you hate blood." A small smile formed at the corner of his lips. I hadn't even noticed but Wednesday had already left the room.
"You want to go cuddle or something??"
He smiled at the offer but hesitated.
"Of course, I just need to take care of something real quick."

I was relaxing on my bed when Rowan barged in, an agitated expression on his face. I frowned.
"Alright, come here, you don't have to tell what happened but you need love and affection."
I opened my arms as he walked over before pulling me into a warm embrace. He put his head on my shoulder, his next words barely reaching my ears.
"You always gave the best hugs.... "
I chuckled at this.
"Darling.... I'm the only one you let hug you."
"Exactly.." He mumbled shoving his head dealer into my neck.

And thats how we spent the night, sleeping in one another warm embrace. Nothing could have prepared for what happened the next day. It almost felt like a dream. All I ould remember was arguing, them screaming, then blood, then nothing.
Rowan.my Rowan. Was dead. Killed by a beast. And the only ones who knew that............... Where me and Wednesday.
