- Macaque has pistanthrophobia; which is the fear of trusting ones partner in a romantic relationship. This is because Mac was forgotten and killed by the one person he loved dearly (cough cough Wukong cough).
- Since Mac is an expert in martial arts, after LBD was defeated, both Macaque and Wukong train MK, Mei, and Redson. Macaque trains them in wielding different weapons and showing them other different fighting styles.
- Macaque is a master in many types of martial arts such as karate, judo, may Thai, king fu, tai chi, taekwondo, jujitsu, and MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts). He's learned these different fighting styles throughout his travels in many parts of Asia and in some parts of South America after he was reincarnated.
- Due to Mac traveling a lot, he's not the best at cooking. He can at least cook without burning the house down, but he usually prefers to just order takeout or go to a restaurant in eat.
- Mac is a excellent thief; he can pickpocket almost anyone. He's also a great con-artist, its amazing how many people Macaque can trick with his acting skills.
- After helping MK and his friends in the final battle against LBD, Mac decided to turn a new leaf, sort of. He doesn't try to kill anyone which is good, but he still steals from people and pulls pranks on MK, Wukong, and the others just to annoy them. Macaque is more of a anti hero of sorts.
- Mac love to do theater; so with the of MK, MK's friend, Redson, and a reluctant Wukong; they helped Macaque renovate the theater where he had the shadow play at. With the theater restored to its former glory, Macaque now performs a variety shadow plays telling the stories of Chinese folklore. He also makes a pretty big profit from his plays so he can keep both himself and the theater afloat.
- Since the theater was rebuilt, the gang found out that there was a small apartment above the the building big enough for at least two people. This space becomes Macaques new home since he doesn't really have anywhere else to go, plus he now doesn't have to worry about find a place to stay since he was basically flat out broke most of the time anyway.
- Macaque is bisexual and gender-fluid, but prefers to go by he/him pronouns.
- Macaque is trying to have a better relationship with MK and his friends, you know since he tried to kill them and all that. He's even trying to rekindle his past relationship with Wukong though that's going to require a lot of therapy. It's a slow process, but it has been getting better each passing day.
- Macaque is Bai he's(host girl) adopted Dad. He found out that she had lost her parents long ago and was living on the streets ever since, so after months of paperwork(it was very boring paperwork mind you), he was finally approved to be her caregiver and she's now living with him in the apartment above the theater.
- Macaque loves cats(some say he acts like a cat even though he's a monkey); he has two female cats that were given to him by Sandy after finding Mac's a cat lover. Sandy had gave macaque the two cats as a house warming gift after he moved into his new apartment. The first one is a female tan British shorthair cat named Pudding and the other is a female Balinese cat named Luna(he did not choose theses names, MK did).
