Chapter Six

Phoenix's POV

As the dragon flew higher the fog came in and we could not see a thing."Luna you still there"I yelled into the fog

"Yes" Luna said i could tell by the tone of her voice she was rolling her eyes.As the fog cleared we appeared in a tall tower thousands of feet from the ground.

"Don't hurt us, you stupid dragon" Luna yelled

"Why would i hurt my two most precious daughters." The dragon turned into a lady,Luna and I looked at each other.

"This lady is insane"Luna tried to whisper

"Well it is not very nice to call your mother insane Luna now go sit on your bed." The lady. I looked over at Luna with my eyes as big as my opened mouth.

"Ummm listen here lady you are not my mother an..an...and how do you know my name you are really starting to creep me and my sister out." Luna said

"Luna when did I ever teach you to talk back, NOW ON YOUR BED." said the lady

"Ummm I'm not trying to be impolite but who are you."I said

"Well sweetheart I am your mother Maleficent " she said

"Your not our mother." Luna began. "Our mother gave us up because she didn't want us."

Maleficent's jaw dropped and said. "What are you talking about? I fought for you! But he took you, Rumpelstiltskin took you! I love you girls, please. I'm your mother..."

I didn't talk this whole time but I knew I should fight. "Stop! Please Luna, I believe her."

"You believe me?" Mom asked.

"Yes." I reply. "And you should too Luna, I don't wanna go motherless again." My voice faints away.

"So let me get this right, you believe her? She's insane!?" Luna's eyes widen

"Yeah I believe her, look when she told us I knew, my locket began to glow. Don't tell me yours didn't." I muttered

Luna held in her hands her moon shaped locket. "'Fine. Your right. That's a first." As Luna rolled her eyes she continued pacing.

"What's wrong?" I ask

"It's just...I can't believe I have a mother.." Luna frowned. "I guessed I just never thought that our mother would find us."

"Well I have and it might have took forever, but at least we are together now and I promise that nothing will ever separate us again." Maleficent said with tears. Then as the family hugged with joy to be back together the girls lockets started to glow as Maleficent's wings opened for the first time in years......
