Obsession (सनक)

Kaise??

Riya was constantly spacing right to left in her hallway. Her roommate was watching her with confused look not knowing any single reason behind it.

"Areh bata bhi de kya hua hai isse pehele teri sari calories burn ho jaye...", Her roommate said joking around to ease the situation.

"Areh kaise shant rahe Sara ek taraf hamari zindagi bharki mehnat se mili job hai aur ek taraf ek khadus mahila jinhe manana matlab pani mai tel milane jaisa hai...", Riya said in frustration.

"Still kuch nahi samja...", Sara replied.

Riya then explained her what really happened in her boss's cabin and then both of them started panicking. Riya had one thought of going directly to Karishma's house and explain her the situation so she can at least consider her concern. But she had heard so many stuff about that woman being rude and insensitive towards human beings, she was quite under confident about it.

Still something has to be done in order to save her job. She decided to go and visit the latter. Also she made some points she will talk with to convince the latter...

Next day...

Riya came to the door step of Singh's house and ring the doorbell after fixing her attire. One lady in her 40s opened the door...

"Ji beta kahiye?", PS asked politely.

"Namaste ma'am. Hamara nam Riya hai. Wo hame Karishma Ma'am se milna tha agar wo gharpe hai toh..", Riya said respectfully.

"Han wo andar hi hai lekin aap kon hai beta...? Aap Karishma ko kaise janti hai?", PS inquired.

"Ji ham ek music company "Raag" se aaye hai Karishma ma'am se kuch offer related convince karne ke liye. Ham jante hai wo in sab chizon mai interested nahi hai lekin yai meri job bachane ka aakhari mauka hai ma'am...", Riya explained her need.

"Achha beta thik hai aao andar to aao.."

PS escorted the latter inside and offer her seat on the couch. Then went to get some water for her and also called Karishma to come outside as she has a guest. KS was confused as usual that when did human beings started being her guest.....

Riya took a sip of water just then KS came towards couch and they both saw each other. Riya almost spit out her water as if she had seen a ghost or something...

She was shocked as hell. KS was on the other hand shocked too. Both the latter were not even blinking their eyes. They kept looking at each other for almost more than 20 min. Then PS brought them back to reality asking what's wrong...

"Riii...yyaaa???" KS strutted.

"Tum Karishma Singh ho? Lekin tum to.."

Before Riya could finish her words, KS grabbed her wrist and walked her inside her bedroom without listening to anything. KS locked the door and made riya sit on the bed holding her shoulder....

"Riya tum yaha kya kar rahi ho? Hamari ammi uss sab ke bareme nahi jante.. Unhe pata chalna bhi nahi chahiye.. Samaj rahi ho hamari bat ko?", KS almost in half warning tone.

"Achha toh ab tujhe hampe itna bhi bharosa nahi raha... Aur zinda thi toh ek bar mil toh sakti thi na hame? Janti hai tere jane badse kaise tute hai ham...", Riya said with her eyes getting moist already.
