You've dealt with your fears by communicating more. Kazutora even stayed up all night with you, assuring that he was always there. He never once complained about anything, which you appreciate so much. That's why you worked so hard to overcome your demons.

Two months have passed, and you can now sleep soundly again. The nightmares and fears were slowly fading away and it was replaced by love. His love.

Someday, I am going to marry this boy.

It is now Christmas, and since you both have day jobs, you both decided to celebrate it at night. After your shift, you quickly went to the plaza to buy Kazutora a gift. You've been saving up these past months so that you can give him something.

You were walking alone when you saw a shop selling beautiful necklaces. You went inside and took a look around. "Wow! These are cheap," you exclaimed as you counted the money in your wallet. When you realized you could buy him a necklace, you clapped like a child.

Your hand traces the glass top as you choose a pendant. Your hand  stopped when you saw a beautiful g clef pendant. "Music." You mumbled with a smile.

"Miss! Miss! I want this one." You said, happily pointing at the glass.

"Nice choice, ma'am." She took the necklace from the glass cabinet and presented it to you. You held the pendant and brushed them with your thumb. It is simple, but it represents his dreams that's why it caught your eye.

"I'll get this."

"Okay, ma'am, and since it's Christmas, we're having a free engraving of initials. Do you want me to engrave one?"

"Really?!"

"Yes."

"Then, please engrave at the back the letter T+[first letter of your name]"

"Okay then, please wait for a moment." The sales lady excused herself. You patiently waited while tapping your feet on the floor. After five minutes, she came back and handed you the necklace. You looked at it and smiled.

"Perfect."

"Would you like it to be wrapped?"

"Yes, please." You paused. "Wait, how much for a gift wrap?"

"It's only for twenty yen, ma'am." She said, and you looked at your wallet again. Your eyes brightened after you counted the money. "Yes, please. I want it wrapped."

"Okay, ma'am. You can go ahead and pay for this at the counter."

"Thank you, miss!"

"Excellent choice, ma'am. Is this a gift for your boyfriend?" The cashier asked and scanned the item before returning it to the sales lady for gift wrapping. You quickly blushed at her question.

"Yeah. This is the first gift I will give to him and I worked four months for it." You proudly stated.

"Cheesy." Your smiles quickly faded when you heard a faint laugh behind you. You snapped your head back and saw a blonde guy with light blue streaks that were tied in a bun. He has round glasses on and an annoying smirk on his face.

"What's funny? And so what if it's cheesy? What is it for you? Tch." You asked, raising your eyebrow.

The guy with the glasses raised his hand as if surrendering, then cocked his head to the side. "Oh, nothing. I just find it amusing to see a girl head over heels with her boyfriend and proud of it."

You shoot daggers at him as you feel like he's mocking you. If I'm still in my delinquent days, his mouth is now bleeding from eating my fist. You thought.
