LILY'S POV :
I flung open a familiar door and typically saw a gentleman in a white t-shirt and blue jeans arranging the hallway. He continued arranging the hallway when I entered the house. I swung gently around him and tenderly kissed his rosy cheeks.
It felt so cold and gentle. He giggled a bit as he swung back his light ginger short hair. His brown eyes instantly caught mine, he naturally gave me an affectionate pat.
I saw another guy seated in the corner, giving a blushing smile. I had no idea where this was happening.
I walked through the private corridor and cautiously opened the door of another luxurious room in which a guy stood respectfully beside a table with a horoscope map. He was a bit gangster-type.
As he checked his timing, he eagerly grasped my waist and carefully drew his eager face close to mine to draw my lips to his.
I investigated a cracking noise in the corner of his room. The man who eagerly watched us hiding inside the elaborate wardrobe was his friend, as I checked.
I came back to the hallway, and this brown-haired guy was looking at me. I instantly told him "Babe you won" as I undoubtedly gave him a tight hug. His warmth was naturally felt by my body as he winded his hand around me so that I was inside his protection and my body interfered with his.
Meantime, I heard a scream and my body started trembling. I woke up with a shout and realized it was all a dream and it was unreal. I was woken by my best friend Knarl.
"Lily! Lily! Wake up and look what I noted!"
"What's the matter Knarl?"
"The second mafia king, Dylan, officially departed with his dear queen three days ago, which means I can give him a try when he comes to meet you. Wow!!"
"Ah! Realistically was that all for you? I knew it immediately after they had left. Shut your ass and fall asleep."
"What! Why didn't you tell me about it?"
"It's 2 am. Who on earth would see profiles of the Mafia at this time? And by the way, you didn't notify me that you had a hook over Dylan, I could have officially introduced you."
"Bruh, it was a crush that arose recently. I saw him partially, when, he came to meet you the last time. He's kinda hot, though."
" You know, I had a bull-shit dream at first, but later it was mildly interesting. Those brown eyes still strike my head."
"Brown eyes. Bruh! Describe me clearly."
Knarl was reminded of the King of the Mafia, who I had never seen until now, but who I was eager to see again after telling her about the dream.
She teased me, saying I would have dreamed about him, but it was actually beyond all possibility.
"Shut it up! No way I've never seen him"
"But he has seen you."
"Yup, I guess more than a million times. Whenever he came with Dylan, he would sit in his Ferrari with a black mask veiling his face at all times. Since it's dark, I never noticed his eyes, though."
"You both love black"
"Dylan said black was the king's preferred color to arrange gifts for his birthday, but I love black since it looks elegant and hot when worn. Would you shut it up?"
"Alright, his name is Ferdinaz. You've called him king more than three times. Since I am trying over Dylan, I wish Ferdinaz, the king of the Mafia, would be your soulmate."
"Ugghh! But... wait... Not a shabby idea... but then no chance my lady."
"I am so bored picturing you the only queen of the Mafia. King of mafia and queen of mafia together makes perfect sense."
"Perfect sense can also make nonsense." Don't forget you're talking to the queen of the mafia. I don't need a king to be a queen, but kings seek help from this queen since I have more powers."
I threw a pillow at her and turned around in search of my phone. I noted it under my couch pillow. I saw two missed calls from Dylan. I didn't ring Dylan back since if it was that vital, he would have rung me more than a million times.
I moved the curtain in the room and looked down at the garden. It was 3 a.m. Guards stood, and cars were parked where they belonged. I saw a black vehicle parked outside on the road, since my room was at a higher place, I could see the road.
Everything looked flawless but that vehicle felt suspicious. As I headed downstairs, I noticed Knarl had fallen asleep, so I covered her with her blanket once it started getting cold. I found Lifer, my cat fast asleep, on the cat couch as I was walking down the stairs.
I walked outside to have a look. I heard a sound of a car starting and racing. I took a few steps forward toward the gate. When I got closer, I saw the Ferrari logo, and the vehicle began to reverse rapidly from the gate of the mansion.
I recognized that speed as it was familiar to me. It didn't seem necessary to open the gate and checked it. I walked inside, signaling the guards.
Due to some misunderstandings which have not yet been resolved, I was unsure whether it was a team from Saffins since they've been holding a grudge against us.
Dylan did not respond to my phone call. I became more aware of the incident that occurred a few minutes ago. Knarl was sleeping soundly when I headed upstairs to check on her.
"Talking to Jaron, are you on duty?", I asked one of the executive guards of Mafia Mansion.
"Yes, go ahead," he replied
"I'm Lily, from Queen Mansion."
"Yes, your highness, I'm listening to you."
"Can I find out whether Dylan is over there?"
"Your highness, King and King Dylan left the mansion an hour ago."
"Did he tell you where they were off to?"
"I'm sorry your highness they didn't inform me."
"Alright, inform Dylan once he returns that I need to talk to him confidentially", I said.
I grabbed my keys and hurried to the security room to check the recording of the security cameras. It shows only one car parked but no movement of people.
Apart from those things, there were no suspicious movements, but the headlights of the car flashed toward my mansion. When I kept my eyes on them, I saw the car coming toward my mansion.
I loaded my guns and put on a black long jacket over me. I dashed downstairs with a flash speed and stood rigid at the main door with my gun aimed towards the car.
Meanwhile, I tried to look closely to see who was inside the car but since it was dark it was unclear. Seeing me pointing the gun, all the guards stood pointing their revolvers toward the car.
The car reversed in slow motion as I stepped into the garden. I stepped on the ground as the Ferrari came at 150kmph, triggering a flash of the gate's automatic opening.
I didn't move any steps forward but stood straight to face anything that would come against me. Dylan's car wasn't what was in front my eyes at that moment; it was dark black with outlines of silver on the edges. It had a different pattern on the front hood of the car.
The car door opened upwards and a man came out of the driver's side and walked towards me. He wore a dark brown long coat. His face was covered with a thug-style mask.
