🌟CHAPTER I: THE FATES ALINE🌟

"*Beep beep*" The droid beeped as the girl next to it watched the Jawas.

"I know." She said. "I wonder if they got anything good today." She grabbed a rock off the ground next to her and threw it. It hit the wall, causing a cracking noise. The Jawas looked in that direction and followed after the sound. She looked at the droid next to her. "Come on, let's go." She got up from behind the rocks and ran off towards the sand people's large vehicle.

"*Beep Beep Blip*!" The droid beeped, scared.

"Come on, R5, don't be such a scaredy cat!" She said as they ran over the door.

The droid beeped, offended that she'd say that.

"Really?" She asked. "You're seriously gonna scold me right now?"

"*Beep Beep Blip*" The droid beeped.

"My dad isn't gonna find out, 5." She explained. "He thinks we get all those spare parts from the junkyard. Plus, even if he does find out eventually, I think he won't even be that mad."

"*Blip Blip*" The droid beeped, causing her to sigh.

"Look, the faster we get this done, the faster we can go home, okay?" She asked.

"*Beep Beep*" The droid beeped. She walked into the ship and R5 followed after her. They snuck into the part of the ship, where they put all the robot parts and droids.

"Come on." She said, glancing back at her friend.

"*Bleep Beep Blip*" The droid beeped, following after her. The droids that saw them enter, watched as they walked by. Suddenly, the vehicle started moving.

"Oh no." She said.

"*Blip Beep Blip*!" R5 said, panicking.

"R5!" She said. "Calm down. Look, new plan. Get the parts and ditch when they stop, okay?"

"*Bleep Bleep*" R5 beeped, trying to calm down. The girl sighed in relief and they continued through the ship.

"R2?" They heard a voice say, causing her and R5 to stop. "R2-D2, it is you! It is you!"

"*Blip Beep*" R5 said, causing her to look at her droid.

"What?" She asked.

"*Blip Beep*" R5 repeated.

"You know that voice?" She asked.

"*Beep*" R5 said.

"Hmmm." She said. "Come on." They continued on and she accidentally, kicked a part to the side, causing a small metal sound to attract other droids' attention. She looked and saw two droids staring at her among the others. One was covered in golden metal, and the other was a R-Droid, like R5.

"A person!" The golden droid, cried in happiness. "Thank the heavens, we finally found someone—" The girl quickly ran over and covered the droid's mouth with her hand.

"Shhh!" She shushed. "Are you trying to get us all killed?"

"*Whistle*" The other R-Droid said.
