"Is it the Wolf Queen?"
Will opened his eyes feeling slightly frustrated as he glanced at Jack, who asked him that question.
"I'm trying to figure that out" Will said.
Jack made a huff as he turned around to survey more of the crime scene. Will was indeed frustrated. For how long they worked on this case, there was barely any evidence about the Wolf Queen.
They were on a crime scene, outside of the city. The corpse was identified as a past murderer that was released early on good behavior. Now he was discarded, with a slit to the throat and multiple stab wounds.
Will analyzed the scene with his empathy, but his ability could only do so much. By the time it ended, Will was confused.
"Hey," Will turned to see Beverly walk up to him, "Any luck?" as she glanced back at Jack.
"Define luck," Will snorted, "Whoever this Wolf Queen is... this crime scene is different from her last one."
"What do you mean?" Beverly asked interested.
"The last crime scene, it was her, just her. But here, the man had multiple stab wounds, but not by the same blade or by one person. It was either her and someone else, or there were others and she didn't have any involvement."
"So you're saying that it may be possible that she has some sort of following?"
"Remember Max Lawrence? The one that turned himself in and confessed about him and others wanting to be followers of the Wolf Queen?"
"He was the only one left because he killed off the others"
"Was he?" Will questioned, "Or maybe she had others... maybe even recruited new followers..."
Beverly studied Will until she looked off to the side.
"I'll go back to the lab and ask Jimmy and Brian to look up info on cults. Cuz that's what it sounds like right now." Beverly said as Will nodded.
As Beverly walked away, Will stared off not looking at the crime scene. He stared off into the woods.
"Tell me who you are..." Will whispered, feeling desperate... or curious.

Later on that night, Pyrrha sat at her desk, typing away on her laptop. She had looked up any crimes that had happened around lately. Probably not a good idea, but Pyrrha was interested. She came across an article about the Hobbs case. She scanned through it as she scrolled down and saw a picture of Garrett Jacob Hobbs, the killer of his own family and other girls. She scrolled down more and found a picture of his daughter, Abigail Hobbs. Pryyha tilted her head to the side as she saw the young girl and read that despite her getting her throat slit by her own father, she survived and was recuperating in the hospital. Pryyha also read that these girls that Hobbs killed were the same age and look alike as his own daughter.
Pyrrha felt bad for this girl as she rested her cheek in the palm of her hand. After a few minutes, Pryyha sighed and closed her laptop, placing it aside. She got up, retrieved her coat and headed out her front door.

Meanwhile, Will had gone to the pet store to pick up some more dog food. Will struggled to grab big bags worth of dog food, not noticing he slightly backed up into somebody. The both of them jumped and turned around to apologize, but Will froze. He bumped into Pyrrha.
"Uh sorry, sorry" Will stuttered, avoiding eye contact.
"It's okay, don't worry about it." she says and noticed he was avoiding any further conversation.
