Big Bad Wolf

You stand there in awe of the massive gold doors wondering what you should do, I don't understand how after everything that happened he still managed to hold on to his fortune. "I guess I should head in" I mumbled, I slightly pushed open the doors and saw him... that one man who caused Moon all of that pain and fear, Mr.Crystal. He was standing out on his balcony looking through some files until he heard the door open, "No Jerry, I still haven't found the damn file" he says in a guttural tone. "I'm here to talk about Moon." I say, He turns around with force and looks me dead in my eyes. In this moment I felt all of the confidence in my body replaced by fear, my legs and lips start to tremble as I try to speak.

"What's wrong with you? Who are you's anyways?", I open my mouth to talk and I can't form words, I'm frozen in fear. "Are- are you okay? You need an aspirin or something," he says worried yet also slightly annoyed, he reaches his paw out to comfort me but he stops himself. He goes back to his stern stance, "I don't have time for this right now. Get out of my office if you's ain't a use to me." He shoos me away, "I don't need people coming into my own office to mock me.", "What's your plan?!", I force the words out of my mouth and take a deep breath. 

He looks me up and down in confusion leaning on the balcony railing, "You're kidding right?" he starts laughing and walks over to me. I take a step back ready to run away at any second like a scared cat, "The big bad wolf scare you that bad, huh?", he smirks and laughs seeing the look of confusion on my face. "I want to know what your plan is with Moon," I say to him in an assertive voice, with his face inches from mine, "Oh? Wouldn't have been able to tell you were one of Moon's buddies, ya know, with the barging into my office unannounced and all." he stares daggers through my eyes. "I don't have a plan," he backs up from my face, and I silently sigh in relief, "simple as that really." he shrugs and turns away from me. "If I wanted something done to Moon, I would have done it already." He says smugly, "But, I'm a changed man now ya know". 

But is he really? I saw the way his ears perked up at the slightest mention of Moon's name. Is there any way that someone like him, someone who made an attempt on a man's life, could change?
