Wednesday is sitting at her desk, typing something on the type writer, she heard the door open and was expecting to hear Enids bright and happy bouncing steps followed by a nice loud "WEDNESDAAAAAAY!!!!" But today all she heard were heavy stomps and a low growl.
Wednesday turns towards the door to see Enid hunched over, her claws out and her face scrunched up
"Are you okay?"
Wednesday asked in her usual monotone tone
"Xavier! He's so... So annoying!"
"What did he do?"
Wednesday stands up and walks a few steps towards Enid, thinking Xavier has hurt her
"He's just so clueless! He thinks that there are 8 oceans because of the movie oceans 8 I mean can you believe it?"
"Yes, you thought that too"
"Yeah until you told me!"
Enid starts walking to her bed then turns around and walks to Wednesday's sitting down on it, Wednesday watches her
"Okay well-"
"And then he said that he was gonna go into the woods to look for some monster"
Wednesday is now intrigued
"What monster? You took down the Hyde, remember?"
"I don't know but he gave me this"
Enid holds out a note and reaches out to take it, as soon as she touches it her head snaps back, she almost falls over but luckily Enid manages to catch her before she hit the ground
If you couldn't tell, Wednesday is currently having a spooky vision, she sees Xavier walking through the woods looking around, a masked figure in all black approachs him, something happens where Xavier is leaning against him, and then there's Xavier on the floor as the figure walks away
Wednesday comes back from the vision being held by Enid, she looks up at her with a worried expression
"That idiot he's going to get himself killed"
Wednesday grabs her bag, thing jumps on her shoulder and she rushes out of the dorm, Enid quickly follows her
They run out and into the forest surrounding the school to look for Xavier, Enid could immediately tell where he was, she could smell his B.O masked by axe body spray
"I smell him... And he smells horrible"
Enid leads the way and off in the distance they can see Xavier talking to someone, Wednesday pulls out a bow and arrow from god knows where and successfully shoots the figure in the elbow, Enid uses this as a chance to quickly run and grab Xavier, literally she's got him under her arm it's really impressive
"What are you doing!? He was gonna tell me about the monster!"
Xavier yells, Wednesday slaps him
"He was going to kill you!"
"Really?"
"JUST TRUST WEDNESDAY GOD DAMN IT"
Enid shouts, they both make it safely to the dorm where they sit Xavier down on Enid's bed
"Who was that?"
Wednesday asks
"Wh- why should I tell you guys?"
Wednesday pulls out a taser and Enid puts a hand in it, slowly pushing it down to Wednesday's side
"... WHO WAS THAT GUY!?"
