I followed Nico up the hill I hadn't seen for almost nineteen years now. Nico and I had left Camp Half-Blood at age eighteen, and we were now returning.

Why?

Well, we had our own little demigods to deliver.

"What's it like, mom?" Asha asked me, jogging between Nico and I. "Beautiful, sweetie. You'll see soon enough."

Yes, Nico and I were married. Yes, we had children.

Meet Asha and Bianca di Angelo, my twin girls. (Not identical, but they are my twins.) Asha has black hair like her father, and dark eyes like him as well. She's got my freckles though. Bianca has black hair like mine. Her eyes are blue with specks of brown in them, and her face is completely free of freckles.

And my youngest, Connor. Yes, I named my child after Connor Stoll. When you think about it...he kind of deserved it. In the past, he always had some way of pranking Nico and I and pushing us closer together. If he hadn't done that, I don't think my Connor would be here now. I guess we can say he's been our shipper from the beginning.

Connor had shaggy hair like his father, though it wasn't nearly as soft. He had more of my thick-coarse hair. His eyes were dark blue.

And, if you're wondering, Nico took a little convincing on the name.

As we walked up to Thalia's Pine, I waved at the dragon, still curled around its trunk. He blinked at my small family and laid his head back down, falling asleep.

We walked over the top of the hill. I stared down at Camp Half-Blood, smiling. Bianca grabbed my sleeve and Asha hitched on to Nico's shirt collar. "That's where you went?" Asha whispered.

Connor crossed his arms and huffed. "Can't I go now?" He begged. I put my arm across his shoulder. "Not now, but soon little one." I assured him. "But mom! I'm only two years younger!"

"Connor, your mother and I make the final decision. Don't argue." Nico said, gently brushing Asha off his shoulder.

"Will they really let us in, mom?" Bianca asked me anxiously. I patted her head. "Of course, Bianca. You may be offspring, but you're special too. Trust me. Plus, Chiron is reasonable."

As if on cue, Chiron trotted over to us, his eyes glowing. "Erica, Nico!" He said, hugging us both. Asha, Bianca, and Connor backed off nervously. Chiron smiled kindly down at them. "Your kids?" He asked. Nico grinned. "Yup."

Suddenly, two more kids dashed up the hill. A boy and a girl. The blonde one, the girl, was dangling a watch in front of the black-haired boy's face. "Julia, Jay!" I said happily. Julia looked over at me and grinned. "Hey Aunt Erica!"

Percy and Annabeth came jogging up the hill, smiling at Nico and I. "Stop taking your brother's watch, Julia." Annabeth said, snatching Jay's watch and handing it back to her younger son. Jay stuck his tongue out at Julia and wrapped the watch around his wrist.

"Honestly, Percy, I think she has more your personality than mine." Annabeth groaned. Percy grinned. "Lucky her."

Asha and Bianca walked up to their cousins and grinned. "Hey, guys."

Julia and Jay high-fived them both. "Finally you're here! C'mon we'll show you around!" Jay said, turning and taking off down the hill. Julia, Asha, and Bianca followed.

I watched my two girls go. I wouldn't see them until fall. A whole three months, I would go without them.

I wrapped my arms around Nico's waist and laid my head on his shoulder. "Thanks for being there, Nico." I told him.

Nico wrapped his arms around my waist too. "I always will be." He whispered.
"Always?" I checked. Nico squeezed me reassuringly.
"And forever."
