*Cailyn's POV*
I ran to the nearest bathroom because I know she wouldn't be able to make it a long way without her mind and body shutting down. It's happened a few times before where someone mentions her mom, or something that reminds her of her mom, and her body and mind just shut off completely. In a few cases she can even had a panic attack. I open the bathroom door to find Adriana on the floor crying and close to a panic attack, Catie crouching down next to her, way to close, and trying to calm her down, Dulcè is just leaning against the wall smirking in a way that says she has some evil plan on her mind.
"Oh thank God you're here," Catie exclaims when she sees me and only then does Adriana look up. She looks relieved for only a second before she goes back into panic mode. For some reason I am the only one that could calm down Adriana during one of her break downs.
"I can deal with her, can you get rid of Dulcè, please?" I ask Catie in a whisper so Dulcè can't hear us. To my relief Dulcè is ignoring us while she is on her iPhone 6.
"I got this," Catie whispers back with a smile on her face that can only be described as evil. "Ok, bitch, listen up here..." I zone out the rest of what Catie is doing and focus on Adriana. I crouch down to her level close but not too close to her. For some reason whenever she is close to or having a panic attack she doesn't like people really close to her, like Catie was when I first walked in. She looks at me for a second before focusing on Catie and Dulcè.
"Hey, look at me just ignore them," I tell her. She looks at me with panic seeping through her features. "Ok, we're going to do what we always do, just tell me what's on your mind."

*Adriana's POV*
We had five minutes left in the last period. I had Algebra 1 with none of my friends because they are all in more advanced classes. Luke, the new boy, is also in Algebra 1. He hasn't talked or even looked at me since I ran away from him and had my panic attack. I'm actually kind of glad because it would be really awkward to hold a conversation with him. The bell rings and Luke is the first one out of the classroom, I wonder what his problem is. I get up, pack my books, and leave.
...
I see Catie and Cailyn standing by my car on my way out of school. They are just talking when I walk up to them. I wait for them to stop talking so I can ask them why they are waiting for me. When they notice me they stop and turn towards me.
"Hey we were just waiting for you," Catie informs me, confirming my thoughts.
"Oh yea, and why is that?" I ask them trying to not sound mean, but also getting straight to the point.
"Oh we were just wondering if you wanted to go out to get coffee," Cailyn tells me.
"Oh yeah sure that'd be great, right now?" I ask.
"Yea, if you can't we can do it some other..." I cut her off.
"No, no I'd love to get some coffee lets go," I told them. I take Cailyn and Catie because they don't have their cars. I drive to the Brewery, because that's the only place to get coffee in this town. Well, you could go to Starbucks, but it's just too expensive and also I hate Starbucks. My mother's hate for Starbucks was one of the few things that was passed down to me.
I pull up to the Brewery and get out of the car. I follow my friends into the café. We pick a table to sit at and put our bags down. I ask the girls what they want. I walk up to the register and order our drinks. I come back struggling with the three drinks. Catie comes up and helps me. We get to the table and put the drinks down.
"Let's play interrogation or abuse," Cailyn suggests. I shudder at the last word.
"Can't we just call it truth or dare, please," they must sense my discomfort because they just nod, no question asked. That's one of the many reasons I love my friends.
"Ok, well Cailyn truth or dare?" Catie starts the game. We play a few rounds of random questions or dares. At some point a group of boys in our grade walk in, but we I barely noticed because of our little game.
"Adriana, truth or dare?" Cailyn asks me.
"Dare," I say feeling brave.
"Um, ... I dare you to spill the rest of you coffee on Luke, and then act like a total bitch about it," she dares me. My jaw drops, I didn't even know Luke was here.
"But he already hates me," I pout trying to convince her to take back her dare.
"So it won't matter if he hates you a little bit more, right," she tells me, but I can only groan in response. She just smiles sweetly at me.
"Ight fine whatever," I agree, already getting up. I see Luke get up too, at least I won't have to do this while his friends listen. He'll probably just tell his friends about me later, but at least they didn't witness me being a b*tch.
He's walking to the trash can I meet him halfway there by walking straight into his chest and spilling my coffee all over him, but trying to keep myself clean. The keyword is trying. My cup exploded coffee all over both of us.
"HEY WATCH WHERE YOU'RE..." He screams but stops when he sees me and smiles. Why he would smile when I just covered him in coffee is one of the many unknown questions in this world. He turns around and grabs some napkins. He starts trying to clean the coffee stains on my shirt.
"Excuse you," I say in an irritated voice, smacking his hands, while grabbing the napkins and cleaning my shirt by myself.
"Sorry just trying to help," he tells me in his own irritated voice.
"Well maybe you should watch where you're walking," I tell him in a slightly louder voice.
"HEY, YOU'RE THE ONE THAT RAN INTO ME," he yells and he looks really angry, like Calum or my dad right before I'm beaten. He lifts his hand up, about to hit me so I automatically flinch.
